Clean and update rooms with wi-fi and Roku tv. Convination of Microwave-Air fryer and mid size refrigerator. No hair dryer, no complementary coffee or breakfast item. No ice machine. If you want fresh towels you have to pay a fee.

DON’T DO IT!!! This is the first negative review that I have ever had to give on a hotel. Where do I start… The main office is in a room at the hotel. It was almost impossible getting someone from the office after my check-in. The staff are friendly and helpful when you can actually find them but good luck reaching some in office or by phone. My second day there we didn’t have power for 3 hours before it came back on. Some of the outlets didn’t work during my entire stay so we had to plug the microwave in another spot. There was dirty towels from the previous guest in the room. The staff manager promised a refund because they stay was rough but Expedia could never get in contact with them after several attempt. Expedia promised me a partial refund but never followed through. Think twice before booking on a third-party website because you probably won’t get the help you need if the stay is really bad.

I get it; it is an inexpensive stay and I should know better. I read all of the reviews when I booked but that was months ago. There was one, seemingly long term resident; that was so loud with his boombox blaring at all hours morning and night walking around the property passed your door. You hear all of the road noise; the room has nothing in it. No coffee maker, not even a box of tissue. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. There was an odd smell near the bathroom area that was so bad. The staff was pleasant and kind. The place looks like it has been updated but it isn’t like the photos online. They make it look way nicer. I wouldn’t stay again. If it’s the only thing in your budget I suppose it could be worse but I would spend a little more and stay in a nicer place.

No one was in the main office. I kept calling the number and ringing the video door bell until someone finally came. I was charged for my room twice and I am waiting on a refund. Poor management. My room was very musty smelling and I suffered with allergies the whole time I was in my room. I’ll never stay here again.

In an area with a lot of hotels that are "pet friendly" it was nice to call and hear my cat would be welcome. I cant brag about the clean quiet room enough, but to top ot off the staff was friendly and the price left me with a lot of wiggle room in my budget to get the most out of my vacation budget. Sincerely, thank you to the staff 5 stars all the way across the board.

When I first arrived to the property the office was being renovated it was very hard to find the offices new location, after I received my room keys the toilet started to over flood & the shower was clogged. They moved me into a new room which than the lock on the door was broken I could not lock my door for that night & the AC unit was broken. Worst experience ever glad it was only one night.

Cheap. That was the best part. Toilet clogged day 1, couldn’t get anyone out to fix it during our stay. Maids weren’t pushy like most places though so that a bonus.

The air system in the room, and by system I mean the thermostat on the wall and the ac unit by the window did not work. I notified the property, the responded with “I put the ticket for maintenance in” but maintenance didn’t show the 3 days I was there. I had 3 kids with me was hot the first night, then next night woke up to it freezing in the room (it was 50 outside) and 66 in our room. Then the lock on the door (bolt lock) did not work so the only way to lock the door was the latch. Again notified shortly after check in.. nothing was done. I wouldn’t had minded the lock not working if the area was a good area however it wasn’t. I don’t usually complain about appearance or the surrounding as long as it clean (after all we where only there to sleep) but my 5 year olds feet where black within the first 5 mins of walking on the floor. This place is more of a weekly or monthly for people without a home. Not a “hotel” atmosphere. Def will not be staying there again.
