Clean and economical place to stay.Posted Jul 21, 2014
Cons: Replace carpets with anything....painted floors, linoleum, etc......
Location: Right across the street from the beach. Great plaza with a fine Publix(grocery store) just down a block.
We have stayed here several times. For the price, you cannot beat it. Wish they would get rid of the carpets, and just have any kind of floor. Carpets pick up lots of odors. And, with a pool, and the beach across the street, carpets get nasty. The beds are not the most comfortable, but it is clean, and the staff is very nice. You cannot expect it to be as nice as all the $185 dollar a night ones, but not a bad place to stay. Very convenient to all.

Friendly staff, walk to the public beachPosted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: I liked the economical price and proximity to the beach. I also liked having a microwave and refrigerator and the closeness to a supermarket.
Cons: Need more seating in the breakfast area.
Location: It is within walking distance to the beach and down the street from shopping, including a supermarket.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the price to be excellent given the proximity to the public beach, which was within walking distance.

Pros: Staff was very nice & helpful.
Cons: Heat the heated pool & clean air vents.
Location: St. Augustine alligator farm, lighthouse, beach, fort, Whetstone factory tour, & good restaurants
We wanted a nice, clean place to stay for a couple nights away as a family. We really enjoyed it.

Overnight StayPosted Mar 27, 2014
Cons: Reduce price or fix up rooms. The bathroom door was very annoying.
Location: Location was great. Close to the beach and not too far from activities.
We were only there for one night. For the price we were quite disappointed in the room. I thought we had a room at a low budget hotel. Rip off.

Quality Inn and Suites anything but QualityPosted Mar 19, 2014
Cons: Staff, cleanliness, overall quality.
Location: Beach, downtown only 10 minutes away
Their staff is extremely rude and there were 2 days in which our room was never cleaned. The walls are thin so every noise made in the building can be heard. Close to the beach which is about the only incentive made it a decent overall experience.

CONCERNSPosted Mar 10, 2014
Cons: SEE ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location: WE WERE IN TOWN FOR THE SCOTTISH HIGHLAND GAMES, WHICH THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN ST. AUGUSTINE FOR THIS EVENT-IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST TIME IN TOWN.
WELL WHEN WE ARRIVED FRIDAY NIGHT & WALKED INTO THE ROOM, THE ODOR WAS NOT APPEALING. THE CARPET WAS FILTHY, THE ROOM NEEDED A GOOD PAINT JOB. THE TOILET IS MADE FOR A 2 YEAR OLD-YOU ARE PRACTICALLY SITTING ON THE FLOOR WHEN YOU TRY TO USE IT. COFFEE IN BREAKFAST ROOM WAS AWFUL AND BREAKFAST SHOULD NOT CLOSE SO EARLY AT 9:00 AM!! BREAKFAST SHOULD BE SERVED UNTIL AT LEAST 10:30 AM. I WILL DISCOURAGE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS FROM USING YOUR ACCOMENDATIONS IN THE FUTURE, AS ALSO MY HUSBAND AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. KEEPING YOUR ROOMS IN "PRISTINE CONDITION" SHOULD BE YOUR PRIME GOAL & YOU NEED TO PUT MORE TIME & EFFORT INTO IT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE DROVE IN FROM WEST PALM BEACH & OUR SON DROVE IN FROM ATLANTA !!
