Okay for the pricePosted Jul 2, 2015
Cons: Overall condition of the hotel
Location: Plenty of sight seeing
We had to have our room switched because the air conditioner was leaving everything wet in the room. Hotel could use a renovation. Fitness center is nothing. You get what you pay for.

Pros: Included breakfast provided lots of options and was well stocked.
Location: not much in the immediate area, but there is a clothing outlet mall within 7 miles and grocery/CVS/Walgreens stores within 2 miles.
Average stay. Average stay again and again. Can not give it more than average.

St Augustine StayPosted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff was willing to show us two different rooms after realizing that Expedia misquoted the type of room for the price. Nice view.
Cons: The executive suite kitchen was old and there was no light. No amenties for the kitchen were provided. No fan in the restroom.
Location: Location was fine
We booked an executive suite for $85 but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that the $85 was not correct for an executive suite so we had to pay an additional $20, for this reason we will not use Expedia again. We were told by the hotel staff that Expedia was wrong. The flat screen TV in the executive suite is rather small, the other tv was an old type tv.

Our ExperiencePosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Free breakfast, secluded location
Cons: The hotel staff's knowledge and lack of friendliness
Location: Downtown st Augustine about 7 miles away. Great BBQ place around the corner.
We came to town to visit st Augustine for 4 days, 3 nights. Found this hotel online, great rate. The hotel staff (front desk) we did not find overly friendly or informative. We asked If there were any shuttles downtown and they had no idea. ? There were signs the power would be off for two days and after running into one of the front desk clerks, we asked her why and she said! "I really have no idea." ?? When we checked into our room, although a decent room, we were first greeted by a cockroach....which was very unpleasant. We asked the male/cleaning service to take care of it and he did. I understand these things happened, so I didn't make an issue of it. It's pretty close to downtown, again. a good rate.....free continental breakfast, great view. I may search a little more before agreeing to stay here again.

nice hotel for the pricePosted Jun 17, 2015
We arrived early, around 11:00am and they allowed us to check in anyway! The room was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast was decent. Even though the hotel is relativel close to the interstate you could not hear any noise, even when you were out at the pool. Overall very satisfied with the hotel!

Good old hotel near World Golf Hall of FamePosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: The room was comfortable and included a refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the pool was delightful.
Cons: The wallpaper needs attention; peeling away in the bathroom. The woodwork is showing its age as well. Need a better, more complete restaurant guide.
Location: Reasonably close to the World Golf Hall of Fame--5 minute drive.
We came to visit the World Golf Hall of Fame and found this a very convenient, reasonably priced place to stay.

Great place to stayPosted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, and clean rooms
Cons: Just wish there were closer stores and restaurants
Location: Location great for the wedding, not much to do nearby
Rooms clean and very nice, located near interstate, not a lot of eating or stores close by but accessible, staff was friendly. Went to a wedding, so only needed a place to stay over.

very nice hotel close to the beachPosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: searched and found online through Expedia
Cons: better resolve regarding room amenities from Hotel Staff
Location: while we were there we went to st augustine beach and went to see Boston LIVE at the St augustine Amphitheater
Had reserved a room with a sleeper sofa and when I got there the sofa springs were all out and had to take the mattress out for my kids to sleep on the floor.....Expedia made it right and gave me a $50 discount on my next travel reservation, good for 1 year..........other than that the Hotel was perfect!!

Not bad for the price.Posted May 31, 2015
My only gripe is minor the ice machines are only on the 3rd and 5th floors. I couldn't find them so I went to the front desk and then the one on the 3rd floor wasn't working.
