Enjoyed

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: I liked the location. Customer Service could not have been better.
Cons: I would update the rooms, more bathroom than any.
Location: St George Street is right out side the door. It's lined with nice shops and restaurants.
The best sleep I have had in awhile. Was kind of disappointed there was no table to put your make up on, irons and etc. in the bathroom. Also could not hear anything as long as you had the bathroom light on. because the fan made so much noise. The rate I think is to high for what you get.

Convenient Right inside the old city.

Pros: Location, Location. Sort of cross between a B&B and small boutique hotel, Staff very friendly and accomadating
Cons: More interesting breakfast. Maybe some cereals and additional fruits
upon arrival, we were met by staff member who took our bags from car, explained parking and checked us in. All very well done with no inconvenience Be prepared to walk steps.. Rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor above shops.. No noise problems

The Best Location In St. Augistine

Posted Jun 6, 2014
Location: Hundreds of shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. In addition the Inn is across the street from the fort which is a must see.
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the St. George Inn and we loved every second of it. The staff was very welcoming and provided great service. I would recommend this location for anyone who doesn't mind walking the town. We never used our car during our entire stay and the hotel was so centrally located that it made for the perfect hotel for our trip. 5/5.

Great hotel for stay @ St Augustine

Posted May 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a great place to stay - very central to downtown St Augustine. Accommodations were superb - very comfy room with all accouterments and balcony, plus a small courtyard for sipping coffee during complimentary morning breakfast, Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up - when I come back to St Augustine, I'm booking here. The hotel and their staff made my stay very enjoyable.

Fabulous Inn

Posted May 23, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: The rooms are above some shops, so there will be climbing stairs. This of course, is just part of the character.
St. George Inn is right in the middle of everything. Gift shops, restaurants, shopping and historic spots. The Old Time Trolley ride is a must. The breakfast buffet is very adequate and eating in the courtyard adds to the quaintness. Complimentary parking just rounds out a perfect stay.

Nice Inn located in historic area

Posted May 23, 2014
Pros: Location and higher quality of room furnishings
Location: In the heart of Old St Augustine, 15 minutes to beach, close to shops and trolley services.
Located right in Historic St Augustine shops, waterfront, and restaurants. What's good is that their location makes it extremely easy to navigate to trolley and village. However since it is in the heart of things, it can also be a bit noisy until late at night. The staff was very welcoming and ensured we could get our car unloaded efficiently and safely and then directed us to parking down the road. High quality experience overall.

A Gem!

Posted May 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street. The room exceeded our high expectations based on the website and had a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed having the balcony right above the pedestrian walkway and were amazed how well the French doors muffled the sounds when closed. Service was outstanding. We enjoyed being able to bring back our continental breakfast to eat from the balcony in the comfortable wooden rockers. Will stay again!
