Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating despite being filled with a crowd in town for three nights of Billy Strings concerts. Easy and cheap transportation to and from The Amp via Lloyd and his train shuttle! Great location if you're planning a stay for a show at the Amphitheater. Very clean and up to date property!
So I arrived at the hotel at 3 PM which was the check-in time. The hotels doors were still locked. Just a couple of minutes later the owner/desk came to the front to help me. She was not helpful. Nor was she pleasant on any level. She said she was the wife of the owner. I don’t know if that’s true but this is not been the most fabulous check-in thing on any level. So I hope they get better in the future.

Inexpensive & relatively clean. This is a worn down property near beach. If you want something where AC works all nice or not overly dingy, look at a name brand. For bachelors on a road trip or in a tight budget, this will suffice. They kept it clean & quiet.
There were only two things that made it not a 5 star stay. The chain lock was missing from our first floor room and the electric sockets by the bed didn’t work. Neither was a big enough deal to really even mention or ask to change rooms. Sue was nice enough to let us store our luggage before check in and let us change so we could go eat lunch after traveling since 2am. We would stay again and are actually currently in the process of planning another visit. Plenty of food options available within walking distance and right across the road from the beach and pier. There’s a splash pad there at the beach too. The pool is a little chilly but still feels nice after walking around all day.
Clean and close to beach. Nice view.price was right.

LOTS of potential! Located across the street from the beach. Awesome! Plenty of parking, walking distance to restaurants. About 10 minutes ride to downtown St Augustine. Rooms itself partially updated. Painted and accurate decor. Floors in our rooms were brown carpet and not the gray laminate wood floors in the pictures. Mattress could be updated but was ok. Understaffed, but the people there were accommodating and helpful. Price was right!!! I would go back
Room was clean and comfortable. There was a small fridge and coffee maker. No microwave. We had a king room. It was average sized but had a small shower/bathroom area. Water pressure was less than desirable. Bed was ok, not great. Bring your own pillows.
It was within blocks of the beach area. Serval things around to walk to, ice cream, convenience store, a couple restaurants, beach volley ball.
I would recommend for a clean quiet place to stay by the beach. Nothing fancy but nice.
No chain on door (unsafe), rude staff, no breakfast, sparse room (minimal furniture) and no soaps in the bathroom. Pay the extra money and stay across the street at the Embassy Suites!!!
It's just a very unique area right there It's right across from the Pier, quiet, clean, affordable and lots of restaurants to choose from! Really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!
Property is older but spacious room and bathroom...friendly evening staff and walking distance to beach clubs and dining. Bed wasnt most comfortable but all was clean and tidy
Room was big, too big for how little furniture was in it but oh well. Room was clean. Breakfast was lacking. Needs a freezer in the mini fridge, we had no where to keep our ice packs frozen for our 12 hour journey home. But overall the place was just fine for our quick 2 nite stay.

I would have rated higher, but the pool area was closed, and the pot for the coffee maker was missing. Also, there was no microwave in our room. Microwave is a deal breaker when we stay for a week...need to be able to snack on those doggy bags from the local restaurants.
They do not change the blankets ever in the the 6 weeks I stayed there off n on nor the bed sheets every time. I always stayed in same room. And Sue, one of the owners constantly complains how much her body hurts, she's cold, hates doing laundry, doesn't want to get up to unlock lobby to use the microwave and she will complain if I use Expedia to save money because she loses money and tells me I'm not worth it to only make a few bucks. I have only used this hotel weekly for convenience
NEVER will I ever stay there again.
Nice motel near the beach and St Augustine. Stayed for 1 night. Easy CHK in and out. Breakfast was poor, should consider adding more items, only bagged muffins, coffee and yogurt.
Convenient but no frills. Bed, pillows and linens uncomfortable. But fair price.

This is an older motor inn style motel. Water pressure was not good in shower. This place was adequate for a short stay. Great location close to beach.
The restaurant just across the parking lot was incredible, attentive workers, clean with great air conditioner/heater, comfortable bed, good experience overall, we would go back there, easy short trip to downtown St Augustine a plus with cost being paramount in our decision.
