Pros: Beautiful room
Cons: Location is not accommodating. Very poor breakfast served at the nearby so called "restaurant"
Location: Nothing near by. Isolated from downtown.
Nice if you intend to stay at the hotel

Thanksgivine weekend stayPosted Dec 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed the location and the close proximity to St Augustine and local beaches. The two on-site restaurants were fine and the marina made for a very picturesque setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only down-side is that the room we stayed in is rather "worn" and could use a serious update. However, the amenities in the room - (TV's & kitchen equipment) were good. We may think about staying here again next time we visit St Augustine, but it wouldn't be a first choice.

Shabby room, but great location,Posted Nov 15, 2013
Pros: The location at a marina.
Cons: Everything in the room from top to bottom.
Location: It is fairly close to St. Augustine's historical district, so there are lots of attractions.
This motel is located at a marina, so, if you like boats, it is enjoyable to walk around and see some very beautiful boats. The room, however, was really sad. It was basically shabby and needs a total update. The window shades broke off, the couch was unusable without a cushion, and the woodwork cried out to be painted. The tile grout was discolored and on it goes. I have traveled often and I can't recall staying in a room that needed more work, ever. It did look clean, however, so that helped. This is the first negative review I have ever given re a motel room.

Clean beautiful Room. Breakfast voucher was a joke because you had to beg for a cup of coffee. ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY AT NIGHT .

Lovely waterfront innPosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff was great and very helpful and the rooms were spacious with large decks and screened-in porches. I would definitely stay here again. My only criticism is that we traveled with a few people and relied on the sofa beds for extra space. The sofa beds were so uncomfortable, completely not fit for sleeping at all.

Great out of the way place to stayPosted Sep 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
First I would like to say that the location is very good because it is close yet away from the frantic tourists in the downtown area. Parking downtown is however very difficult to find and the city garage charges $10 per stay. We had room #11 and it was with a nice view of the harbor. It has a nice step down to the sofa living area so it was nice to separate the grandkids for sleeping since there are 2 tv's. The website says "A complimentary breakfast is available" however that is not totally true. They only give 2 coupons for the grill next door and you are limited to only maybe 2-3 things on the back of the coupon. Anything else is a 10percent discount. Very dissatisfied with that. The lodging does have a pool however it is way down at the end of the Marina and it closes at 7pm. That was very disappointing to the kids. By the time we got back from dinner it was closed and so it was not used. Our room appeared to be clean however there was a sheet left on the sofa bed when we opened it and I can assume it was from the last guest. We had clean sheets in the drawers to put on it so we did not say anything to the hotel. We did pull all sheets off before we left so that this mistake would not happen to the next guests. The bathroom was clean and we had great water pressure. Our king bed was super compy. I left my cell phone charger and the staff was very prompt in calling me and they are mailing it back to me at my expense.
