Pros: Location, Cleanliness, Breakfast and the great service the staff provided
Location: Restaurants, Galleries, Shops
It was a great bed and breakfast we enjoyed our stay. The owner and staff were very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The Kenwood Inn is truly a St Augustine gem. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back and staying again.

Kenwood Inn is a place to return to!Posted Feb 5, 2015
Pros: Many things, but the 5 PM social was great. Met several wonderful people
Cons: Nothing to improve, but one must remember that the building dates from the 1880's.
Location: We could walk to all the points of interest. Flagler College is a 'Must See'. The original fort was easy to get to and the Park Rangers are great.
Excellent. Location is great, breakfast was awesome and Pat is a wonderful hostess. Her staff is very helpful. When we return to St. Augustine, it will be to the Kenwood Inn.

nice but loudPosted May 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
i thought the window was open when i heard people speak outside, but it was not. also, you had no choice for breakfast, though what they served was o.k. the owner is friendly and helpful, the dog not aggressive but too curious for my taste. my friend said she would go back, i would not

Girls GetawayPosted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: The service!
Cons: The description said that mimosas and Bloody Mary's were part of the weekend breakfast, which they weren't. Wine was available in the afternoon.
Location: Perfect central yet quiet location near the Oldest House, the Marina and historic downtown St. Augustine.
Our stay at the Kenwood Inn exceeded our expectations! It was a girls getaway weekend that we had been planning for months and we were not disappointed. This is a very charming home which has lovely and comfortable furnishings. My friends and I stayed in the Caitlin Room which is actually two rooms joined by a pocket door. Each room had a nicely appointed bathroom and the room with the king bed had a doorway leading out to the tranquil garden area complete with a koi pond. Breakfasts were delicious and the weather was so gorgeous that everyone ate outside. The house is located a block off of A-1-A and about 2 blocks from the busy part of the historical downtown so this made the location perfect for walking but still maintaining a quiet atmosphere. The best part of the stay was Pat, the owner of The Kenwood Inn. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us great advice on places to visit and favorite restaurants. What I also appreciated was she hired people to help make guests comfortable. I have stayed at B&Bs where the owner tries to do it all and I end up feeling uncomfortable bothering them. The best compliment I can give is that next Spring I am booking that room for several days for my 3 sisters and me!

A room with a view...???Posted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall the Inn was nice. I was a bit dissappointed by the overall condition of the outside of the house when we pulled up. The pool was unusable and construction was going on around it, the grounds were untidy and a fresh coat of paint or exterior cleaning would have been nice. I was also excited about the street view we were going to have by paying more for our room. It was a one way street and there was not much to see on it. It is located a few blocks from the water and there is much to see and experience within a short walking distance. The room itself was awesome. There was a great big room with an electric image fireplace?? and a newer bathroom with a medium sized jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated very nicely. The owner was very knowledgable and had some great breakfast stories. I am also eternally grateful that the owner allowed me to use her computer. I think with the right maintenance people and some fixing up this would be an even better place to stay.
