Parking 🅿️ ramp, small, tight spaces. Worried about people hitting me. Just the whole layout of the ramp and hotel was odd and didn't make sense to me. Why would I pay to walk all around a weird ramp that I cannot easily determine which spots are for the hotel and which are for private spaces, then go back in and out to start over while it's 3 degrees outside. No, not happening again. WIFI not working, as in, not working at all. Unacceptable for anyone much less business travelers. Won't be back here.

Only one elevator was working. Mold in the bedroom. Conditioner bottle in bathroom was empty. Couldn’t order Starbucks in the morning, they just set up a coffee bar for self serve with tiny cups and lids that were way too big.

“The Red Carpet” across the street had an all night bar brawl that lasted through a thunderstorm; and the yelling was louder than the thunder. If you look it up online apparently this is not unusual for the area. It’s also rated “F” for safety online; we did not know this when booking.

I appreciated having dining options (though very limited) on-site, as well as sheltered parking. A/C system is noisy but most hotels are. Information in the room suggested there would be housekeeping service, but there wasn't. Should be clearer on that message.

You have our stay dates wrong. Courtyard is very clean, neat and the staff was wonderful! It was raining, so asked if they had an umbrella we would borrow. They found one for us to use two different times...different staff. The maintenance staff was also extremely helpful when needed. The hotel is within walking distance of many fun dining places, flower shop, gift shop and antique shops. We felt very comfortable with the surroundings. Nice weekend getaway.

So convenient; great staff; needs a facelift badly
Perfect location for the convention center. Parking garage is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful…. Everyone is nice. But… the hotel seems run down. It needs a “not so gentle” facelift in the guest rooms. I had a suite and you have to close the bedroom door to walk into the bathroom because it opens across the bathroom entry— seems simple, but not fun in the middle of the night. Positives: The little restaurant area has Starbucks coffee - if you can get there before 9:30am, when it closes. The food for dinner is a simple menu but food is good. Also, it is in a great location with many restaurants to walk to.

For one they ran my card twice for incidentals $20 one time and $10 the other time I called them and they never called me back to resolve the problem. For the price I paid for the room for one night the showerhead did not work the chairs we’re all ripped apart and it was mildew in the window

This property is right in the heart of downtown St. Cloud near all the bars and restaurants. They also have free ramp parking. The downside is that the amenities are not great. And the service is not good. No continental breakfast. Check in was two hours late because of computer issues and no offer of any sort of discount.

Several things in the room were damaged or seriously worn. Neighboring buildings were noisy. Not enough staff to serve breakfast.

Not worth $200 a night
This room is NOT worth $200 a night. The room has an office chair that has the seat pealing apart. There is also a side chair that has the cushion showing serious age. I would not recommend this hotel at this cost. I would stay there for $89 a night. The carpet seam is coming apart as well. Front desk staff are very friendly. On site kitchen was closed, probably due to staffing which is not surprising right now.
