“Colony Cove -comfy and beautiful location”

Lovely location on a beautiful island. Very comfortable rooms and the entire staff is wonderful and helpful. Well suited for business trips and working with colleagues in the evening.

“Great value!”

This 2 BR, 2 BA, 2nd floor unit was clean and well maintained. The MBR was larger and had a bath attached and the other BR used the hall bath. Both BR's had QN beds. The beachfront and pool area were well taken care of as well and the property was within walking distance of 2 restaurants, one being next door. This unit had a full kitchen with a washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, internet and satellite TV. AT&T 3G is receivable on 90% of the island.

“St. Croix- I will be back”

C Cove was just what we needed. For what we paid it was great-don't expect 5 star resort, but it was very clean with enough room-and all the things of home. Get a room facing the ocean if you can. The beach was nothing to rave about- seagrass and lots of harsh things, just lay out on a chair-don't try to walk it-but next door is Sugar Beach which is a nicer beach to play on. Pool was nice enough-though toward the end of our stay they could have skimmed the leaves that had blown in there all week.

My family and I had a great time.Beautiful beaches EVERYWHERE! Colony Cove is a community in itself with many condo owners who spend the entire winter there. They were very welcoming.The unit was clean and in good repair.The grounds are kept beautifully. There is great snorkeling right outside your door with a manmade tire reef. Ask the gardeners to point it out.Dining out 24/7 is very expensive.Go to FoodTown on Rt.75(1/2mi from hotel) when buying groceries.

“Great place to have your employees stay”

I manage some hosuing properties in St. Croix and I always have my employess stay at Colony Cove. Its affordable and the rooms are very comfortable. The service form the hotel staff is great. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

“Friendly, small, perfect location”

I had a great week at Colony Cove - we were in Unit 102D - right on the water. Because it was off season, there were only a few others there. I had the pool and the beach all to myself most of the time. Very nice staff, would highly recommend if all you want is to swim, snorkel and relax! Very reasonable price!

“Beautiful and newly renovated.”

These are condos and although they don't offer anything other than a place to stay, it was all the comforts of home. The maids were very sweet, helpful and did a good job of cleaning. We were right on the beach. There are 2 restaurants very close so what more do we need? Christianstad is only a 5 minute ride so we didn't even rent a car. Cabs are only a phone call away and are quick to show up when needed. Colony Cove is a wonderful place to just take it easy and relax. They also have a beautiful pool area and the security made us feel very safe.

“Nice, but not as advertised!”

There is no central A/C! The bedrooms have individual units, but the common area only cools off when the winds blow. Also, there is NO internet access at the property. With these 2 major inaccuracies in mind, it is a nice place. Great value. Pleasant staff, fun bar & grill. The artificial reef is awsome snorkeling just 5 minutes off shore in shallow water.

“I Felt @ Home In America's Paradise”

Colony Cove Condo Resort IS right on the beach. Comfortable and clean and well run with a view out over the Caribbean to rival the post cards. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining room, a well appointed/highly functional kitchen AND a vast balcony outside the unit, what more could I want? The resort is conveniently located off a quiet back road in a residential section... 24 hour security and pleasant neighbors. The pretty, palm lined, white sand beach is shallow and grassy, though - Smuggler's Cove (on site) restaurant can get very beery and noisy from afternoon through midnight-ish,and although their lunch fare is good, dinner was slow, cold, and an invitation not to return! There ARE sea planes taking off a dozen times a day a mile away (didn't bother ME)... Not perfect? True, but I'll go back to Colony Cove as soon as I can. Overall it is a slice of Paradise designed and managed to feel like home.

“Not flashy but ok”

St. Croix is laid back and if you are ready for laid back this is a good location. You will need to have a rental car to get any where, but Christianstad is only a couple of minutes and you will find resturants and grocery stores near Colony Bay. The view from the unit was wonderful and the water fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were responsive in a laid back way.
