The hotel is located in Christiansted, right at the end of the boardwalk. Dining/drinking and shopping are within walking distance. The hotel pool on the roof of the adjoining restaurant has a nice lounging/sun bathing area with a great view of the harbor. The rooms are spacious and kept clean and adequately cooled. Bring an ethernet cable! No wifi that I know of, but a router in every room I have ever stayed in. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave too.

Pros: Staff, room, comfort, cleanliness and facilities overall.
Cons: More ocean view rooms.
Location: Location downtown. Near to the shops, restaurants, boardwalk, and all tours.
Hotel Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. This room has a small kitchenette and a coffee pot with all items you need to have your hot cup of coffee in the morning. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Close to boardwalk.

Cons: Parking on-site is very limited, but there is plenty adjacent.
Location: Best is Christiansted
The staff is incredibly considerate and helpful and the property is very well maintained.

Pros: Quick response to requests.
Cons: Carpet could use cleaning.
Location: On the wharf; no beach. However, for $5 can take a very brief ferry to a beach.
Very good basic service; room is comfortable, okay as for cleanliness. There is no room service or laundry service. There is a washing machine available. Attached restaurant is pretty good. Hotel is not providing and eliminating kitchens in the rooms. Overall, the hotel was comfortable.
