Tamarind Reef offers two restaurants – casual and fine dining. The casual Deep End Bar and Restaurant is poolside next to the beach offering drinks and a wide variety of food from breakfast through dinner. The fine dining and award winning Galleon Restaurant overlooks Green Cay Marina and provides exceptional culinary dinners Monday - Sunday plus Sunday brunch. Reservations are recommended. The Galleon Restaurant is also the elegant location for daytime meetings and special events. Meetings and events may be held Monday-Saturday 8am - 4pm with a seating capacity of 80.

Tamarind’s array of on-site recreational and marina-based activities combines with St. Croix’s stunning landscape and ecological wonders to provide you with a memorable vacation.
