THIS IS THE FRONT DESK AGENT THAT CHECKED THESE GUESTS IN & WHAT IS SAID HERE BY THIS GUEST IS A TOTAL LIE. I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO PUT THEM IN A DIFFERENT ROOM AND AS FOR THE DEADBOLT BEING BROKEN OFF THE DOOR, WHEN THESE GUEST LEFT, I WENT AND CHECKED TO SEE ABOUT THAT SAID DEADBOLT & THAT DEADBOLT WAS SECURLY FASTENED TO THE DOOR TO THAT ROOM AND BOTH DEADBOLTS TO THE DOOR AND THE ONE YOU CAN SECURE FROM INSIDE THE ROOM IS WORKING PROPERLY. ANOTHER LIE FROM THESE GUESTS. AND AS FOR ME4 HANGING AROUND SOME "CREEPER FRIENDS," THAT IS ANOTHER TOTAL LIE. WHEN SHE CAME IN TO GIVE ME THE KEYS FOR THE ROOM, I WAS CHECKING SOME GUESTS INTO THEIR ROOM. I ENJOY VISITING WITH THE GUESTS AS THEY CHECK IN AS I DID WITH THIS GUEST. THESE GUESTS JUST SAW THE ROOM, DIDN'T LIKE IT AND MADE UP LIES JUST TO GET A REFUND. AT OUR HOTEL IT IS PERFECTLY SAFE AS WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS AS THE POLICE PATROL AROUND THE STRIP MALL HERE WE ARE LOCATED FREQUENTLY. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEFTS OR MUGGINGS OR ANYTHING ELSE. AND I DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH ANY "CREEPY FRIENDS!" BUT THESE ARE TOTAL LIES THAT THESE PEOPLE MADE UP JUST CAUSE THEY DIDN'T LIKE THE ROOM & WANTED A REFUND. WE ARE A TOTALLY SAFE HOTEL!!!
