The check-in was easy. We had to modify our travel dates and the check-in staff helped us out easily and made sure we were comfortable. Told us about the food options nearby and overall was very helpful. The room was a great size, very clean and had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay.

Arrived a little before 7PM and had to wait for check-in because there was no one at the reception. Breakfast was very limited. Complimentary lotion was half-filled.

Our first room had a tv which didnt work. The host quickly moved us to a second room. One of the pillows was out of place. Had someone done the same thing we did? Unfortunate. We were tired and dusty from a day in Zion. I will say I got what I paid for. Definitely not an 8.0.

This hotel is convenient and reasonably priced but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Considering how cheap these things are now, even basic hotels should be able to offer a quality night sleep.

Nothing major, but I had a couple of nights there while hiking at Zion. It was about a 30-minute drive to the park, but it was just fine for the price. Nothing fancy if your goal is to enjoy something else other than an overpriced hotel with all the non-essential amenities, this is the option. Common sense

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by a somewhat up kept "greeter." He checked us in, said all but 3 words to us, "ID - Credit Card - Sign this." That was it. At this point it was 11pm and we just drove from the North in a horrendous white out snow storm, so we did not really care to have much interactions ourselves, but holy no hospitality bud. Carrying on, we get into our room and I do my bug check. If you know what I mean, then great! You should all be doing bug and premise checks in every room. So we go into this room to do the check before anything goes in or around a room. You would not believe the room condition had I not taken picture and video. This room was a crack heads quick pit stop. There was blood on the mattress, pillows, walls, there was poop splatter on the toilet rim, an open box of Nerd candy just spilled behind the night stand, under the bed was a layer from the last hotel QC check of hair, dust, pet hair, food, crumbs, and who knows what else. The pillows were pee stained, blood spotted, and smelt horribly. We went back out to gather our stuff because after reading reviews we knew this was and is going to be a fight to report this hotel and get our money back. So, we chose to stay being it was already 00:30 when we got done contemplating if our lives were worthy of staying. As we go back out to our car to get our stuff, not once, not twice, but three times we triggered the auto sliding door. IT WONT LET ME CONTU :(

After reading the recent reviews I was a little reticent to stay here but decided to give it a go anyway. I stayed in room 121. It was okay, i had clean sheets and towels. But there were a couple random hairs on the shower wall. The bed was firm but comfy. The breakfast food was more continental than hot which is fine for me. Only hot item was waffle and toasts.

Room 117 sounds like bearings are going out on its HVAC unit. It is intermittant, but I am certain the bearings on some part of the unit need to be serviced.

Well first off, I wasn’t feeling well and wanted extra blankets and the front desk person was clearly to lazy to go get any and gave me one that was nearby and when I asked for a second he told me “I have enough” Bathtub has a ring of dirty around the inside of it. I travel with my own Clorox wipes for this reason! Was it the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, no, would I stay here again, probably not unless I had to.

Good for overnight stay
We stopped here for a quick overnighter after visiting Bryce Canyon. Was ready to find. The girl itself is not new but we found it to be very clean and all we needed. We even managed to get some washing done there. The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean and very tidy. Bit of noise from the main road but other than that, we enjoyed our quick stay at an affordable lodging.
