Enjoyed our stay

Posted May 13, 2015
We have stayed at Crystal Inn before, and that is the reason we chose them again. The breakfast buffet was good, and had fresh fruit. We liked having microwave and refrigerator. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a freezer so we could freeze our water bottles.

Memorable stay at top notch hotel!

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: The comfort of the room, especially the soft bed.
Cons: Just keep those smiles a-comin'
Location: Zion National Park
We loved the Crystal Inn, in fact stayed two nights. The bed was one of the best I've even slept in, everything was in tip-top shape, clean as a whistle, easy access to the highway, convenient to dining, fabulous breakfast, personable services employees and front desk. All in all, we will make sure to visit again as we are passing through. Thanks for showing that you care deeply about customer service.

Great hotel

I liked this hotel a lot for several reasons. I loved the free wi-fi and the breakfast was great. I loved that it is served until 10am. The pool is fantastic and our room had a balcony. Overall great two night stay with the family.

A good place to be stuck

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Very well kept inside and out. Staff was accommodating and flexible They are pet friendly-have posted areas with disposal bags/cans. Favorable rate
Location: Close to restaurants Close to the highway but not too close
We were passing through and our van broke down. We had pets, I needed internet access for work, and we needed some flexibility to stay longer perhaps past normal checkout ours to get repairs completed on our vehicle. The staff was understanding and accommodating they let us stay until 3pm - 2 hours later than normal without being difficult about it. They put us in a room on the first floor with sliding glass doors to the outside for ease of taking our dogs out. We hung out at the pool and waited for our vehicle to be repaired - the pool was gorgeous and well kept. The rate was favorable and the property very attractive. It was easy to relax and enjoy their hospitality.

Good value if you have kids or pets.

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: The proximity to the trail along the river & the price
Cons: the room key cards were a pain. Had to swipe several times to get the door open
Location: There is a great walking/running trail that is right across the street that goes along the Virgin River.
All employees at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. The place is overrun with kids, so if you are on a family vacation or need a place that will take your pet, its fine. If you are looking for a nicer more peaceful experience, not the place for you. Also, the location isn't as convenient to restaurants and shops and some of the others. Rooms were adequate and all the families seemed to enjoy the pool. The breakfast had plenty of options.

Very nice - but I wanted a fluffy bed

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Checked in and loved the staff, pool and rooms. I picked it because the pics of beds looked padded and they were nicer than average box beds but not as luxurious as I hoped. The quilt was a comfortable upgrade. Breakfast downstairs was both good and bad. The meat wasn't great but the staff and other foods were good. For the price we paid it was perfect for our stay.

Great staff!

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Convienient location with practical basic amenities like in room coffee, comfortable bed, microwave and mini fridge. Friendly, accomodating staff.
Cons: Mini fridge was too cold and froze our food. Needed to be defrosted.
Location: St George is a lovely small town near Zion Canyon and Valley of Fire State Park. Big enough to have some nice restaurants and full service groceries.
Visited at a busy time. Facility full, but staff worked hard to make sure our needs were met.
