Serendipity - a very happy surprise!
Posted Jan 2, 2013
Pros: High quality at reasonable cost.
Cons: A little hard to find.
Location: Near the freeway, but not too close, and good access to restaurants in the area.
First stay at this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. Convenient and secure access to the room, both externally and internally, beautiful pool and surrounding area, quiet and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was included which was better than most and service was efficient and friendly. Definitely a great place to stay.

Convenient location, better than average breakfast, clean. Not a resort, nothing fancy but no big negatives. Would stay there again.

Check in not until 5PM!
Posted Jan 13, 2013
Pros: location.
Cons: Service
Location: Best part is that it is close to Black Bear Diner..great breakfast there.
Waiting and waiting for our room! We came there to play tennis on their advertised courts. Two of the three courts have HUGE chunk HOLES in the courts and cracks throughout - completely unplayable. The third court is downwind from the dumpter of the business next door. Quite the aroma during play. We could NOT move down to any of the other courts...because they were unplayable! Check in was at 3PM..we came a bit early no room, then again at 3PM..no room. ..So we were accomodating and went to play tennis on those wonderful courts. Then finally since we had dinner plans and a show at Tuacahn Amphitheatre..we had to demand our room at 5PM. They STILL did not have our room ready. They finally gave us another room, at my insistence, which they should have done HOURS before. There was no compensation or offer of any kind, except "sorry about that". No ice in the ice machine either. We won't be going back.

Good place to stay on the way back to Las Vegas
Posted Jan 7, 2013
Pros: The room was very nice at the price we paid. Hotel amenities were standard and included a free breakfast.
Location: If you want to visit Zion but stay somewhere with more restaurants and conveniences, this is a good option
On our way back from Bryce Canyon to Las Vegas airport this was a great place to stop for the night. Very convenient to the main roads and very comfortable room. The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice and not too crowded. Only one person at the front desk meant a bit of a delay checking in but they were friendly and courteous.

Great giant palms

Pros: pool area
Cons: pool bathroom
Location: close to freeway
Sauna and pool are very nice. Pool bathroom started out nice, but became unusable by afternoon - clogged toilets, etc. and not cleaned. Balconies are standing room only. Decent breakfast if you're out of your room early. Closes at nine. Room wasn't cleaned until about 5 pm. That's too late in my opinion. Staff friendly. Didn't know about extra 57 dollar hold on credit card. Wasn't really obvious when booking. Hope it's released soon.

Mediocre Hotel
Posted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: The room over looked the stylish pool.
Cons: Dirty room, hard bed, Kinda felt like a $39.99 room
Location: Great location right off the freeway. Easy to access, good parking and quiet surroundings.
We booked our recent trip to this hotel online. We wanted to find an inexpensive quality hotel in or near the Washington UT area. The staff was nice and friendly however, when we got there they had no idea we were coming. One of my suggestions is that someone from the hotel contact the client as soon as there is a registration online. It would have been nice to be welcomed before we even got there. When we showed up 30 min early then the posted check in time and the front desk assistant was more then welcoming. She got us checked in fast and efficient. The layout of the hotel was warm and inviting however, a little outdated. The we came to our room. Noticed from the first glance that it was comfortable and clean. We inspected the room before settling in and was sadly disappointed. The shower had soap from the previous residence on the walls and there was dust on just about everything. The toilet paper roll was just about gone. For the money I would have probably checked a couple other hotels in the area.

Pros: I liked the free hot breakfast!
Cons: We had a lot of problems with our room keys working, but once we got it all sorted out everything was great!
Location: Location was great, right in the middle of everything
We only stayed for a couple nights, but over all a good experience! Will definitely stay there again!
