Good stay after a full day in Zion NP.Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly, pool was refreshing and services all worked.
Location: close proximity to Zion NP and reasonable distance to LAS.
Coming to an end of a busy two week vacation in 7 National Parks, this was a refreshing stop. Kids liked the pool, a good nights sleep was had and breakfast was ok.

A bit smellPosted May 29, 2014
It was good overall. However, the room had a bit of smell. Can't tell what it is. Maybe, people used to smoke in there. It would be nicer if there is shower facility at the pool.

Close to Zion at Good PricePosted May 29, 2014
Comfortable hotel with swimming pool. Room was good size with room for 2 twins and a rollaway bed. Pool was indoor but a good temperature and there was a jacuzzi. It was on the outskirts of the town which means you need to drive to get dinner. There is a multi screen cinema which is worth a visit. Overall good value for the price.

Not horrible, but not what we expected.Posted May 23, 2014
Location: We were in the area specifically to go horse back riding at Zion Canyon Trail Rides at Jacobs Ranch. Best riding I ever experienced!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was sanitary and continental breakfast was ok. Our party had 2 rooms. One room was clean and smelled good, but we found some old food in the little fridge that a previous guest had left behind. The other room smelled like sour milk. The thermostats on the air conditioners were not adjusted properly. We had to set them on 60 degrees to get the rooms down to what I guessed was about 72 degrees. If set higher than 60 degrees, the units would turn off within a couple of minutes and not go back on. The pool area was clean. I think they could improve by motivating their cleaning staff and maintenance people to work harder or longer. Maybe they are not paid enough?

disappointedPosted May 13, 2014
Cons: needs to be refurbished.
booked online and wished I hadn't. Dirty, cold, terrible bed's and the bedding had holes. Really not impressed with this hotel at all. The breakfast was hardly anything at all. could of been better.

Booked online thru expedia and then called the hotel to see if we could get a smoking downstairs room. The onsite manager was more than accommodating and they have an indoor pool and spa with a reasonable breakfast. Would recommend to others.

Cheap hotel, nice manager.Posted Apr 25, 2014
Cons: need a better breakfast. Change the English muffins for something sweet like "real muffins" that children would like . Need more cleaning.
Location: Too far from Zions'. Near to cheaper grocery stores.
Breakfast is terrible, swimming-pool indoors too small for everybody, rooms not really clean.

Clean hotel with nice staff and breakfast. clean room. The only thing you should consider is the distance to the park and distance to food areas

Decent place at a nice location. Right on highway. 1mi away from all things needed in town.
