Wish I had a longer stay!

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Was only there one night. What an amazing location. The Hotel staff went above and beyond. Traveled with a dog and they watched her outside for me while I checked in. They even called the room to make sure that everything was to my liking.

Beautiful location, nice grounds

Over priced, look around before you book. There are a lot more hotels in Springdale that don't show up on the major travel sites.

Perfect location in Springdale

Posted Aug 16, 2014
We stayed 2 nights. Definitely a great location central in the city of Springdale. Walking distance to all food and shops. I would stay here again. Only downfall is the breakfast quality. Zion visitor center is a short drive away. Pool is a hit with the kids!

Overpriced. Decent accommodations.

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Location is convenient.
Location: Go eat at the Zion's Pizza and Noodle.
WAY overpriced for what you are getting. This is a decent hotel. But that is all- it is not anything special and cannot justify the price. You would expect a better breakfast, and more amenities such as lotion, water bottles, and really classy rooms for the price they charge.

Great location and super family friendly hotel

Posted Aug 10, 2014
We were there on a full house weekend and our experience was great. Staff was accommodating, Darrin was especially helpful. But really, the hotel itself was exactly what our family of 7 needed. Close to the shuttle for the park. Very Close to restaurants. Laundry on site was very convenient. The boulders and grassy areas and amazing pool were the biggest hits for our kids. The scenery can't be beat. You are literally surrounded by Zion and there is a view no matter which way you look, even at the hotel.

Better than expectation

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Cons: Solving Wifi problem shouldn't require few days.
- It is not 5 since the wifi is not good during our stay. It lost link from time to time. But we were told during check in. - Free breakfast is good, space is big and they provide enough quantity. - It has a good view.

Location, location, location!

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Location, rooms and breakfast
Location: About a 5 minute drive to Zion's south entrance. Downtown Springdale for a nice walk to shop.
My family and I stayed here one night. We checked in later in the evening and enjoyed a little time in the pool with the kids. The hotel had amazing views of the tall and red rock mountains just outside Zion. The rooms where nice and clean. Had flat screen tv with DirecTV. Continental breakfast was great and morning staff was very attentive.

Great location!Great hotel! Yucky breakfast:(

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Hotel was amazing! Nice new clean rooms, super fun pool for the kids, beautiful views, and nice exercise room. After a great first impression our expectations of breakfast were high. We were disappointed. One lady making waffles and self serve pre made egg sandwiches comparable to gas station food. All being said we'd stay again.
