Convenient accommodation to Zion CanyonPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Location to shuttle and Zion National Park
Location: Zion NP. Within a days drive of North Rim Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. Plenty of good restaurants nearby
Visited Zion Canyon in early August and wanted accommodation close to shuttle. Our room was downstairs and had limited natural light due to its position right by the stairs going to the second level. It meant minimal light came into the room and we had to rely on lights to see etc even in daytime so on that basis we couldn't recommend the hotel. Good pool, car parking and close to several restaurants.

There was a leak in the shower that did not get fixed. The overall condition if the room was poor and evidently mf maintained.

The hotel room is fine.Posted Jul 24, 2014
Like I said the room is fine. Clean and all that. However, and this applied to a lot of other places too, here comes the rant. Do not advertise free WiFi if it is either way iffy or noneexistant. The connection at this place really sucked. It would disconnect or be slow in the dial up range.

Good experiencePosted Jul 18, 2014
I can't forget swimming in this hotel hot pool with good weather. Zion is the most wonderful of 5 canyons in Utah.

Fly Drive Zion National ParkPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Hotel has some character, however we spent very little time at the hotel but found it pleasant enough.
Cons: The restaurant beside the hotel was disappointing, the 'special' was not so 'special' nor was the breakfast. Staff were pleasant enough but food not.
Location: Zion National Park, fantastic. In Springdale not a lot to do, some shops, appeared to close down about 9pm.
This was one of our hotels (one night stop-over) in our fly drive itinerary booked through Expedia. Hotel/Motel was just outside Zion National Park which was superb, plenty to do. We parked nearby at the visitors centre and used the free bus to get about to the trails and views in the park. For those with a car I would highly recommend the drive through Zion, the 1 mile long tunnel is amazing.

Historic but oldPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: It had a restaurant & deli.
Cons: The pool area has such a beautiful view, but junky furniture was strewn all over, looking very ugly. Outside rooms were dirty chairs/couches/rollaways
Location: Hiking, fishing
When we 1st entered the room, we were greeted by a cockroach.

Cons: Wifi Internet was very bad rather so bad that it was of not useable.
Hotel was very clean and safe. It was in the center of the city with lot of eating options near by. I would recommend this place to my friends
