nice room,nice staff, older hotel

Pros: Room not fancy but nice and clean, friendly staff, good fresh breakfast buffet
Cons: Better pool maintenance, re-do sidewalk so they are level from side to side. make up & down slopes more gradual, with good anti-skid strips.
Location: Good location, easy access to town, freeway, etc. Many nearby attractions.
Room was clean, staff pleasant, food good. Downside: walkways to dining area were outside - long, sloping & uneven; pool water was green - even after it was cleaned. We didn't want to swim in it. No elevators - we were on the first floor so it didn't affect us, but some might get an unpleasant surprise to have to drag luggage up outside stairs. Overall kept up pretty good for older property, but needs better outside maintenance. Needs a little renovation, those sidewalks have got to go! The breakfast ended at 9:30 am, most we have been to end at 10 am. Would be nice to have that extra half hour, especially on weekends, and for families with kids. Difficult to sleep in a little and still get everyone ready by 9, for 9:30 cutoff.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Cons: I cannot think of anything.
Location: There was a variety of food choices within walking distance.
The room was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond in service. My stay was so satisfying that I booked my return visit with them.

The overall feel of the room was "cold" and unclean. The dryer literally had some black and green stuff all over the handle. The room wasn't horrible though, I suppose I'd stay there again. The breakfast was pretty good.

Tired hotel in need of refurbishing

Pros: Easy access to freeway. Friendly staff.
Cons: Re-do the bathrooms. New mattresses.
This hotel is badly in need of refurbishing. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but new mattresses are needed. The tub feels like it's going to fall through the floor and the sink had a hard time draining. For the price it's a good value. But if you're looking for a little more comfort, this is not the place.

Good location - close to everything

Cons: Maintain appliances and provide better breakfast (real eggs).
Only issue was the refrigerator - did not work well and one leg was missing so it was wobbling. They put a folded magazine under the broken leg. Also the complimentary breakfast was not very good.

Beds were ok could have been more comfortable the chair was uncomfortable the shower squeaked expected more for the money

Would not recommend to ANYONE!

The pictures online are very deceiving. They act like they have remodeled the entire hotel but our room was far from remodeled. The bathroom was disgusting and very dated. The shower didn't get hot and it didn't drain properly, so it backed up as you were showering. The fridge in our room didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work well and it didn't get cold, so we were dying all night in the 90 degree heat. The wallpaper was coming off in places in the room and it looked as there was water damage all over the ceiling. The pool was gross and outdated and needed a ton of repairs. All in all it was a horrible place for our family to stay. I would never stay there again.

Nice hotel in a good location

The front desk clerk was really nice and helpful. The room was real nice and clean. The Heater and A/C worked great!! The shower was pretty squeaky though.

Disappointed in room....very outdated.....Towels were old,thin and very tiny. Only a single towel available for party of two.
