Nice hotel and location. This was 2nd stay.

Pros: Price, location and buffet.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Directly off the freeway adjacent to outlet mall, and restaurants.
My son and I stayed over night since he had to deploy to basic training early the next morning. Let us sleep in and have a good breakfast before we said goodbyes at airport.

Great place to stay when traveling with dogs

Posted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Very easy to find. Very dog friendly
Cons: Could have used one more blanket on the bed. I am sure we could have one if we had asked.
Location: Close to everything you might want to do
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Very dog friendly, we had a 1st floor room close to an exit that made taking the dogs out very easy!

NOT UP TO RAMADA STANDARDS

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Under new management which evidently is not as experienced in handling large numbers of customers. Sold out conditions for three straight nights overloaded the front desk, the kitchen for breakfast and maid service. Ran out of towels for the pool. Good management is alerted to these conditions and adjusts instead of using as an excuse to refuse customer service. At least the beds were comfy!

OK, hotel, Hampton next door is better

Posted Mar 30, 2014
This hotel was OK. Watch the occupancy for the room. the room I reserved said maximum 5 occupancy. By that I assumed that 5 could sleep in the room for the price quoted. However, the room had two queen beds (though they seemed small for queens) and the hotel charged me extra for a roll away bed ($10.00 a night) to be abel to sleep 5. So unless you want your three kids sleeping in the small queen, you need the rollaway to sleep 5. I guess in the end it was only $10.00 more, but my argument is that if the occupancy says 5, then 5 should be able to sleep there for the price quoted/reserved. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Clean hotel… Convenient location.

The hotel was clean, well located in the area of St. George where we needed to be, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was not anything special but it was clean and was sufficient for our needs. Hot tub and pool area was nice. I would stay there again.

Hotel needs some work

Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Close to freeway.
Cons: The continental breakfast needs improvement. The coffee was weak. Bathrooms need repairs.
Location: Bryce Canyon and Zion were amazing.
Overall the stay was good. We were in St George for four nights. The staff were polite. The breakfast could have had more / better options. Same every morning. There was a foul smell near the elevator, the bathroom was in poor condition, the room had a strange odor. They didn't give us new towels one day. For the price it was OK, however i wouldn't recommend it to a friend. There are better hotels in and around St George that I would try before i stay at the Ramada again.

Nice hotel for the money and close to everything

Hotel is close to outlets, etc. Good places to eat are located next door. My room was reasonably sized, clean and comfortable. My only "issue" was the fact that when I booked through Expedia it said "pool view". I don't really care but don't advertise something and not do it.
