Convenient to I-15, 2 parts ofZion National Park

Posted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Nice size room; laundry was available but we had no need at that point in our travels.
Cons: Perhaps, the carpet needed to be cleaned -- my socks were quite dirty after walking around in them in the room!
Location: An easy drive from Las Vegas, close to St. George and Zion National Park as well as several state parks.
Hotel was adequate; and convenient for our travels, and a good rate!

Very dirty

Not clean at all. There was strings of long hair all over the sheets and pillows the day we arrived (as if they never cleaned the place or washed the sheets/pillow cases). There was a weird stench in the room too.

Close to St. George, UT

My husband and I took the opportunity to get away for a few days (without our children) and enjoyed a quiet stay at the Rodeway Inn in Hurricane, UT. It was just the right distance from everything we wanted to see

Not far from Ice breakers tournament in Washington

Posted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: We were able to book the roome late in the process. Most motels were booked out.
Cons: Make the continental breakfast worth the price of the room.
Location: Not applicable
I did not mind that the motel was 15 mi. away from the tournament. The rooms were very cramped and the bathroom vanity area was small also. One nice thing is that there was free internet connection. I think all motels have that benifit. The pool was extremly small and the jacuzzi was smaller than my jetted bathtub.the continental breakfast was frankly the worst I have ever experienced. The breakfast pastries were tiny and of very low quality. The staff were pleasant and did give me two extra blankets. Overall though the experience was not pleasant. We had players on our team at 4 other facilities, which paid less and had far greater amenities. We spent twice what the value was. I would never stay there again.

Quite a dump

Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast, room cleanliness, remote batteries
Location: Zion National Park, St. George
Blankets and comforter had stains and cigarette burns, in a supposed non-smoking room! TV remote had dead batteries, quite an inconvenience. Breakfast was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

2013 Road Trip

Posted Dec 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Price was reasonable because it's in Hurricane, about 35-40 minutes out of Zion National Park. The hotel is in a convinient area right off the Main Street. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing was the aircon/heater was really loud and would wake me up whenever it tripped on. It was fine for getting rest prior to a day of hiking and exploration in Zion NP.

Pros: Clean quiet town.
Heater worked. TV worked. Bed was clean. Bathroom clean. Hot water for shower. Based on my own various levels of traveling/lodging experiences and accomodations, it was priced comparable to expectations. I didnt book with a 5 star motel, so my expectation was realistic. Room was fine.
