Check in was quick.

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Rooms need updated. Carpet needs cleaned. Looked like they were in the middle of some updating as our bathroom ceiling was just drywall, not finished! Pool and "spa" are tiny. It fit our needs as we only needed to sleep and shower! About half an hour away from Zion entrance.

OK for a night.

Posted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Location to Zion. Breakfast was OK for a little motel.
Cons: Wash the bed spreads more often and also clean the carpets. If we had not paid for two nights upfront, we would have changed.
Location: Great location and a few OK restaurants.
This motel is basically a small time hotel that doesn't try too hard. Room was OK, but had a smell too it. Bathroom was clean. Beds were cheap.

Cheap and convenient

Posted Jul 21, 2015
This is a basic hotel which is all we needed or expected. It is conveniently located to Zion and offers a pool, hour tub, free WiFi and a free breakfast that was nicer than that of most budget motels. We had a large room and a large refrigerator which was great since we stayed multiple days. It is convenient to a Wal-mart and the park. Most importantly, it was clean and comfortable , and everything worked. We would stay again.

So So room priced too high for room

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: The bathroom sink area had plenty of room.
Cons: Fix up and clean up. Be more polite to guests.
Location: Near Zion National Park.
The room looked nice at first glance, but had mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom. The chain lock on the door was broken off. The rug was dirty. The lady at the motel was friendly but the man seemed grouchy. The breakfast was poor. There was no orange juice ---- just yellow water. The little waffles were OK but there was not butter. We asked for butter and they brought us some. The table was very wobbly and the floor of the breakfast room was very dirty. The price was quite high for the quality of the room

It was worth the money, I would recommend going with a friend because it makes the experience in the room better.

Visiting Zion National Park

Posted Jul 5, 2015
Pros: Heard about this hotel on Trip Advisor.
Location: Located a short distance from Zion National Park, Kolab Canyon and Reservoir and St. George Utah. So much beauty in the area within a short distance.
Though about 20 miles from Zion, it was worth it for the savings. Could afford to stay 2 nights for what 1 night costs in Springdale. If you haven't visited Zion before , you will need at least 2 days to take in the beauty.

Average hotel with an ant problem.

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Raid does not work! If you stay here buy ant bait and set them out. Or some serious indoor/ outdoor bug spray.

Convenient location, pleasant Staff.

Clean and affordable, but kinda worn. Breakfast just cereal, waffles and packaged donuts. How about a little fruit? Cosmopolitan travelers; half of Europe visiting Zion and staying here!
