You Can Do Better

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: It's close to the trails.
Cons: the quality of just about everything: bedding, towels, bath products, breakfast ... you name it, it can be improved.
Location: It's across the street from the best (but still only very mediocre) breakfast restaurant. It's in Hurricane so it's close to the trails.
There aren't a lot of choices in Hurricane but you can do better than the Rodeway. Spend a little more and go to the Holiday Inn Express or stay in St. George for the same price at a better hotel. This place is trying: The signs say thank you and have a lot of info about what 's what. But it feels like a $29/night hotel: Shampoo in packets, paper thin towels, 2 types of cereal at the free breakfast, etc.

Zion vacation

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: the price was great and free breakfast, location only 24 miles from Zion
Cons: more parking and make stairs more solid
Location: great
We used the hotel for three nights, everything was good except the stairs were next to our room and when someone ran up or down it got loud.

Not the best and yet not the worst. 3 of 5

The location, Hurricane, is bit awkward, better stay at St. George. The Inn itself is bit rundown and needs a renovation. ok for a nights stay not more.

Pet friendly hotel

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: Zion national park is near for hiking and great scenery, hotel located near parks, museums, restaruants and fast food places.
We had our service dog and a small poodle and the layout of the inn made it very comfortable to walk the dogs and easily go back and forth to the street and to the stores. Very conveniently located in the middle of Hurricane. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was a little sparse (decaf coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate needed). Good experience overall.

Nice place - great price.

Posted Mar 6, 2015
Pros: Great price for a nice room.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Close to Zion National Park.
Right on Main Street. Quiet location, nice rooms. It's a little dated inside but the AC/Heat works great, all the plumbing was great, everything was very clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast is ok. JB's is right across the street. This is my 2nd stay.

The staff were nice, but the room was not especially clean, the breakfast was not good, the pool was tiny.

I might come back

Not fancy, but it was ok for a two night stay. Breakfast was not impressive at all.
