Disappointing motel

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Cons: Everything needs to be improve.
Location: It is close to historical Saint George, so the only good thing about it is the motel situation
The staff was practical but not friendly at all.. First question, what country are you from? in a very inquisitive way. The dust in the room was thick enough to draw with your finger. The trash cans were already full and the bathtub needed to be clean, with hair and dust.

Economical

Posted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: Economical
Cons: It just an old facility.
Location: Near downtown.
For the price a great stay. Had a few thing that need replacing, but as stated, not a place to hang around inside the room.

A little Surprised

Posted Mar 23, 2014
For the rate I paid I expected it to be a lot nicer. The room was very run down. I booked based on location and pics of kitchenette etc., which made it seem newer. The door didn't close tighty which made us apprehensive. The matress was comfortable though. It was okay for one night but they should definately charge less or fix it up and at least provide more toiletries and kitchen furnishings.

a dive

terrible the beds were hard.Hard to get into the parking area. Walk with a cane and no ramps just stairs. Had a hard time doing the stairs with my large suitcase.

Wouldn't recommend it or stay there again

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: If you stay there request a room in the back
Room was dated and had obvious repairs to the grout. Between the noise from the room above me, the parking lot and the street, I barely slept. Will not stay there again.

Poor Communication

Posted Mar 3, 2014
Upon arrival it was obvious that the lady at the front desk was just filling in for the weekend. She finally got us checked in and gave us our keys... To a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. So we asked for a new room and she offered us a new room but with a queen bed instead if a king bed. I mentioned that and she was willing to switch it. We all walked to our 3rd room and opened the door. Yeah don't worry there was someone already in that room. By this time I just said "we'll just take the room with the Queen bed." We didn't need to make any more trouble. But really who was really making the trouble here?

You get less than what you pay for.

Pros: It was located close to what we were there for and within walking distance of everything we wanted and needed.
Cons: Basic customer service and cleanliness. Also, get new bedspreads without cigarette holes.
Location: It is a great location. We were able to walk to get anything we needed. The Daughters of the Pioneers Museum is very close by.
The hotel advertised free breakfast. Breakfast consisted of Cheerios, Fruit Loops and stale Little Debbie honey buns. Not only was the variety limited but on morning one, there was a note by the cereal that they were out of milk. Day two, they were out of spoons. And day three they were out of bowls so nobody got anything for breakfast from the hotel. There was only one towel in the room and I had booked it for 4 adults. When I called the front desk for more towels, I got told to call housekeeping who's number was not listed in the hotel directory. After calling for 30 minutes with no answer, I finally got a hold of someone who said the towels were on the way. After another 20 minutes, we tracked down the maid who spoke no English and it was almost impossible to get the towels. Unfortunately, we overpaid.
