Close Location to Zion ParkPosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: It's closer to the entrance to Zion National Park. The hotel location is near market and restaurants.
Cons: The bathroom needs more cleaning, and the sink needs to be replaced, so does the carpet floor.
Location: The hotel sits at a convenient location to supermarket, restaurants, dry cleaning place, art center, etc.
The hotel is in need to a make over! The sink is rusty and broken near the edge on top of the sink. The carpet floor is filthy which I had my shoes on all the time.

Short visit to Zion NPPosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Beds were comfortable.
We got a good nights sleep, but the room left was laid out strangely and noise from the second floor was barely muffled.

Horrible motel.Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: absolutely nothing
Do NOT rent this motel. Spend a little extra and go down the road to any other alternative. Horrible place. I am not a fussy person and don't need a lot of fancy amenities. This motel is a pit.

Hotel close to Zion parkPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Only having a bed to sleep.
Cons: Everything else
Location: Zion park, Zion pizza and noodle,
We spend 1 night in this hotel and will not renew experience. Room was clean but everything looked pretty old. The door between the room and the bathroom is smaller than the hole in the wall, the bathroom is very old. The night curtains did not block the sunlight vey much so we woke up early. The swimming pool was out of order. The continental breakfast was terrible.

the rooms smelled very bad, not very clean stinksPosted Jun 15, 2014
Cons: every thing shoul be redone
Location: it is a small town no much to do, just the national park
the room was not up to what i expected, the phone did not work and the tv service was down and when we complained about the smell the came in and used spray freshner which the smell whent away few min after they sprayed, I highly recomed that you do not list this hoted on your website and i would really like my money back. This is the worst experiance i had in a hotel room. Even the swimming pool was closed and looked like it has been down and dirty for at least few months.

Huge DisappointmentPosted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: The air conditioner worked well.
Cons: Major improvements should be made on the maintenance. Painting, caulking, detail work etc was all extremely shoddy. The pool should be drained.
Location: The location was perfect, easy walk to shops and parks. Close to Zion National Park. Nice view.
Very disappointing, the condition of the place warrants about a $40.00 per night fee, but we paid $100.00+ per night for a family of four. Cable-"broken", never worked for the 2 nights we were there. Pool-closed and 1/3 full of the scummiest most disgusting water I have ever seen. Continental breakfast- bare minimum, poor quality, very cramped space. Room-paint shoddy and splotches here and there where "mistakes" were made, caulking around tub and toilet, missing and/or black; same with the grout. Water in sink smelled like rotten eggs, shower water was ok for some reason. Sink handle made loud noises when turned. Screw covers on sink and toilet missing. Building falling into major disrepair and obviously no $ is being spend for even basic maintenance. The Manager/Owner(?) was very curt and unhelpful. Definitely the most run-down dump in an otherwise very nice town.

Great ViewsPosted May 26, 2014
Pros: The setting.
Location: Visit Zion Valley
Old fashioned hotel with nice big rooms with an outside area to sit and admire the views. Good location for the free buses into Zion valley park. Great hotel to sit outside in the evening and look at the scenery. Good eating places within walking distance. Good value.
