it was a really nice stay but check in was notPosted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: beautiful big house
Cons: better staff
Location: really nice and plenty of activities, golf, razr rentals
Hotel suite was really nice but check in was not ready by 3pm we had to wait till 5pm for them to finish cleaning rooms ... very unacceptable. I have stayed at 50 hotels and have never experienced such a late clean up. front desk did not seem to even care or be apologetic.

power outage for more than 2 hours. We were not happy to receive any apology, nor any staff telling us what has happened.

Noisiest hotel ever.Posted Apr 1, 2015
Cons: Refurb, sort out the construction issues.
A great idea in theory but in reality this is a poorly constructed hotel that makes sleeping near impossible. The doors on the connected rooms might as well not even be there, we heard every word from the connected place next door. Apparently this is a known and often complained about problem, when I went to the front desk they knew what the issue was from the first word.

Nice isolated location, private and quiet.Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Clean, quiet, beautiful scenery.
Location: If you dirtbike, off road or golf, its the perfect location. Also, the reservoire is accross the street so for fishing or boating it is also ideal.
This is pretty far from town, although the new back road into washington cuts the commute to St. George quite a bit. We like staying away from town when things get busy so this is a perfect location for us. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Washington going the back way which is where Costco, Walmart, the mall and many restaurants are. We never took the freeway to get anywhere in St. George. It is definitely quiet and isolated but beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It does not feel like a hotel at all, it is a condo and a resort property.

far from anything, worn & torn...really noisyPosted Mar 10, 2015
Cons: needs updates and cleaning and noise reduction
Location: Sand Hollow reservoir, golf...remote area otherwise
not a hotel! far from 5 start as Expedia made it seem, beds uncomfortable and mis-matched, furniture worn and ripped, paper thin walls and echoing acoustics for noisy neighbors at 5 & 6 AM...this is a golf course condo, not a resort. No daily amenities at all or anyone working to check you in after hours and you are VERY far away from anything but a golf course

Don't book if you plan to arrive late eveningPosted Mar 1, 2015
No staff on hand when we got to hotel. Is not actually a hotel, the villas look like from outside but there is no 24hrs staffed lobby. We arrived a little before 9pm were unable to check in and no one answered on the emergency contact number provided. The place is remote and dark, doesn't looks dangerous but it is very desolate, specially with no security or staff on site. Big inconvenience had to look for any close hotel since the family was tired and we had no where to stay.

We were not notified that this was a condo, not a hotel, and did not include anything. (House cleaning, amenities, etc.). Expedia noted this "hotel" was 10 miles from St. George, Utah, when it is actually 18 miles. The walls are paper thin and we sat a listened to the couple next door argue till late at night

Nice and close to the resort.Posted Jan 16, 2015
The space was very clean, open and a lot bigger than my expectations. It has a full size kitchen, dining and living room. We could have easily lived there for a month in comfort. The course is nearby and the reservoir is just down the street.
