The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful but on the website it shows they have a restaurant and bar however it’s not open to the public or to paying guests staying there. They use it to feed the immigrants.

The on-site restaurant closed in March 2020 due to the global pandemic, and unfortunately has yet to reopen.This is made clear on Expedia and other online presences, including our own.The space has been rented by an external caterer for a private group, and therefor not available to the public.Any insinuation, intended or otherwise, is in poor taste.We hope you enjoyed your stay in St. John's!

Staff was wonderful, room was very clean. This hotel advertises on-site restaurant services and apparently, for the past few years, there has not been any. The entire building is "tired" and in need of an upgrade. Expedia should stop advertising a restaurant for this hotel.

Very noisy the 2 nights we stayed there. Rooms are very very dated. Hotel needs major renovations and complete overhaul.

Stayed here overnight when picking up our son and daughter at the airport. We brought our dog and there were no problems with that. The room was large with a separate comfy chair and roomy enough to accommodate our dog kennel. I had to ask for a late check-out and it was given immediately without question. My husband found the bed hard but I thought that it was fine, personal preference I guess. The linens were not as soft and luxurious as I have experienced in other hotels but they were clean.

The room was fine. The photos on your site are misleading. There was no restaurant (its been closed since 2019). There was no bar. I booked one night through Expedia early as we were flying out the next day at $199. 2 days before we were due to arrive i called the hotel to add an extra night at $169. They added it to your booking and therefore i paid $60.00 more than the going rate. All in all what should have been a time to relax was spent trying to find and driving to restaurants 3 times a day.
