Good Hotel - Bad WiFi

Overall great Hotel - WiFi was not strong enough to maintain a connection. Front desk didnt seem to care

BearCat, thank you for taking the time to respond and review. We are glad to see you think we are an overall great hotel, but I am disappointed to see you felt one of us didn't care about the WiFi issue. I hope by reading some of the other reviews, you realize hospitality and customer service is one of our most important values and I personally want to apologize to you if someone on my staff did not show that to you. I have personally checked into this matter and have been told by the people at Suddenlink, our internet provider, that this past weeks addition of over 6000 NWU students who are on the their devices 24/7, may have caused a major traffic jam on the internet bandwidth highway as they put it...I apologize once again and have been told this should not happen again...

The room was very clean. The workers at the front desk were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good and there was so much to pick from. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you for caring about your place of business.

I am happy to see you enjoyed our new expanded breakfast buffet with the hot waffles, biscuits with sausage gravy and hard boiled eggs, along with the common continental breakfast items as we really wanted to give our guests more variety. Glad you rested well on one our new Dreamaster pillow top beds, with all new bedding and pillows. As the closest hotel, I hope your visit to Northwest Missouri State brings you back again soon as I personally would love to host you once again and show you all we are doing to continuously improve our guests experience...

The hotel staff was awesome. I realized when I booked that it was under new ownership. The hotel still needs renovated and cleaned up some more for my standards. I would stay there again if it was my only option.

Good Stay

Recently renovated hotel to a Days Inn. Single queen room was small but comfortable for two people. Nothing fancy just a clean room and bath for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent for a hotel of this type. Hotel priced ok for this type and location. We would definitly stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and review. We have just begun our Days Inn renovation process with some new 40" led flat screen tvs and air/heat units, along with new bedding package. Most items have started in our spacious suites, and unfortunately you were in one of our cozy smaller rooms which have not been fully renovated. We definitely hope you stay with us again, and this time let us upgrade you to one of our suites...We thank you for realizing our great value for dollar spent as we have made this one of most important values...

we were just passing through and needed a room. we were hauling expensive dogs and wanted a room to where they were parked right out the window. they let us pick the room. we had to be on the road no later than 530. breakfast is normally at six, she fixed it at 430 so we could eat. rooms were very clean and the stay was perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. New owners are really striving to make guest's stay comfortable. I would recommend this establishment to friends and family!

As new owners, we are trying very hard to clean up and change the property from its previous condition and really appreciate you noticing a difference. We have now become a Days Inn & Suites and are a part of the Wyndham Rewards. There will be plenty of changes to improve the comfort and value to our guests in the next few months. We are replacing our TVs, ACs, Bedding and Carpets just to name a few of the updates coming. We hope to see you again soon and be able to show off some of our renovations, but for now we will continue to clean and polish our hotel to be sure every guest is satisfied like yourself. Quaint Clean Hotel

We had a pleasant experience at this small budget hotel. An elevator in the small lobby gives the building the look of a hotel. The standards of a budget place were found in the free continental breakfast, lack of pool or exercise room. A plus for the hotel is new owners who are more friendly and attentive to the travelers' needs than anywhere I have traveled. There is a small tv with a good selection of channels. Important features to me were the comfortable bed, small refrigerator, microwave and only hallway entrances to the rooms.

We truly believe in hospitality and all that it is suppose to stand for, yet know these days that is sometimes forgotten by other innkeepers. So we really love to know we are making a difference and will take this as inspiration to continue day after day to take care of our wonderful guests, such as yourself. As a new Days Inn & Suites, we are constructing a fitness center and have plans for an indoor pool next year. We have expanded our breakfast and now feature a waffle machine, hard boiled eggs and biscuits with gravy. We are replacing our small tvs for large 40" flat screen with even more channel selections and HBO and Showtime. I hope to see you again soon and thank you once again for your feedback...
