The one thing I did not like about this hotel was that our room was listed as a non-smoking room. It was not! It was late (10pm) when we arrived and we had to ring to get anyone to come to the front desk. When we got into the room, the AC had been started and the room was already cool/cold, so at first we didn't notice the stale cigarette smoke smell. However, when I awoke around 1:00am, the smell was there on the blanket and bedspread. I would have said something to the staff the next morning when we left (around 7am) but again, no one was around and we would have had to call for them. I would NOT stay in this hotel again.

if you kept your eyes closed it was great! Bed and pillows were great. The carpet was slimy and I'm certain my socks would have come up dirty if I would have walked on it with socked feet. The phone didn't work in the room and when my husband walked to the front desk to inquire about the wake up call, the clerk said "what do you want us to do, walk down and knock on your door". Um, no I want the phone to work. Surprisingly the phone did wake me up a the right time, so I guess it worked out. No one stole my stuff though!

Not sure about the cleanliness. Could see trash under the table when we first got there. Toilet didn't flush properly. (had to flush 5x's to make all go down.) The air unit made a lot of noise which made sleeping difficult.

Pros: The price
Cons: My husband said he wouldn't stay there again because of the smell, but I didn't notice it.
There was no tub. The bathroom was TINY as was the shower, but it was clean and the shower had decent water pressure. The bed and other furniture was in good shape. There was an air freshener scent when we first went in and my husband said he noticed a stale smell after we'd been there for a while. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Dump I was very upset that my family had to stay there as I was on the road when I made reservations and when I arrived it was not nice and I could t get a refund

This family-owned location deserves recognition for attempting to please; every request was met with an immediate desire to comply. It's an older property, but it was obvious that efforts have been made to upgrade my room which was clean and comfortable.
