Friendly staff. Sofa looked very used. Exercise room equipment-2 of three cardio machines did not work. Great breakfast. No towels in our room.

My daughter is a cheerleader at Northwest and we love staying there ! Clean and everyone there is so nice . My only complaint is that the treadmill wasn’t working! But I’m sure they’ll have it fixed by basketball season!!

The room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. Only complaint was thin walls, it sounded like the person in the room next to me was sitting next to me coughing.

No toothpaste but nice staff
The staff was very nice. They have cots/cribs for babies. The staff brought it to me at 12am which was very nice. However, the hotel was out of toothpaste/toothbrushes so I had to go out and buy it. Otherwise, a quiet place, with so so bees in regard to comfort. The tv is small and the water pressure is rough.

First of all, I've never slept in a more comfortable bed! Total bliss! Also, the breakfast was wonderful- bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, juice, and more! The staff was so helpful. I'd forgotten to print off a parking pass for the event I was going to. The clerk at the front desk helped me with computer & printer in the lobby, and when there was a problem with the printer, she had me forward my email to her front desk computer and she printed it off for me from there. She never made me feel like it was an imposition for her to do it for me!

Bed was soft and comfortable. Big breakfast but wasn’t that great. The chocolate milk was sour and expired. But overall room was clean and nice.
