Evening in WatertownPosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: The continental breakfast was surprising good. They provided hot food (eggs, sausage and waffles) in addition to bagels, doughnuts and cereal.
Cons: It is dated.
Location: Go to Pete's Trattoria for dinner.
We stayed at the Quality Inn for one night. The hotel is a bit dated but the staff was pleasant. It was an easy find off the highway and near a number of stores and restaurants. It was worth the price.

Staff indifferent.Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: It gave us the opportunity to test our patience.
Cons: Listen. Pretend to care.
Location: Near Chipotles. :-)
Immediately complained about cabinet doors falling off as we walked into the room. Staff could care less and did not listen to us. Staff member downgraded us to unprepared room. We were so tired that we surrendered and left the next morning. They take the "QUALITY" out of Quality Inn.

Nice Hotel close to everything!Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Close to all the shopping so a great location and it was clean and comfy beds.
Cons: Maybe clean the windows....we were on the first floor and they were dirty but that's not a big deal.
Location: Location was awesome and shopping and restaurants were too. You have to eat at the Texas Roadhouse...so good!!!
Went to shop in Watertown for the first time and to stay overnight. This place was close to the Salmon Run Mall and restaurants and other shopping which was fantastic! We had a king size bed which was very comfy and comfy pillows too...slept like a baby. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay there again.

cosy and friendlyPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: A free happy hour 3 nights a week. we met people from all over the states, lots of fun. free buffet breakfast. We felt very much at home
Cons: a non scent policy would be good. some of the quests liked their perfume too much
Location: Trip was for shopping and hotel was right in the middle of all shopping needs and restaurants as well.
Very friendly staff, ready to help with all your needs. beds were very comfy, washroom large with lots of linens, hallways were inviting with flower arrangements.

Bad newsPosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: The best was the happy hour - free beer and wine and nachos (only on Monday to Thursday) and the breakfast was adequate
Cons: The hotel needs to be updated -
Location: The location was great for shopping and restaurants - nothing else to do
We were disappointed with the location of the rooms (2) - the hotel was far from full and yet we ended up at the end of the hall which was a long walk from the elevator. The microwave and fridge had finger prints all over them. The television was on top of the armoire and you had to lie on the bed to watch TV because it was too high.

Decent but datedPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Easy to find with a good Italian restaurant next door.
The room was smaller than I expected. The door and gate to the pool were insecure. The breakfast eggs were horrible,

Decent hotelPosted Jun 29, 2014
Cons: Little things like updating locks, paint, and chairs. The chair in my room was all ripped.
The hotel was nice. The doorknob was broke on my room though and I had to get maintenance to get in once. It didn't take too long though. The breakfast was good, and the lobby is pretty nice.
