Worst experience ever in life.

It was so terrible and I want an immediate refund. I used expedia and it makes me want to never use them again in life. There were absolutely no other guests at all. Literally. I felt very unsafe and I was scared to stay there so I left. It was so uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place or expedia to anyone in life. Not even my worst enemy. I need my refund. I

Pros: Nothing.
The low price should have warned me. No maintenance available to fix the toilet that kept running. Loud, low-rent guests in other rooms. Stay away.

Pros: it was the only room available in St Loius
Cons: Needs updating
Location: Not bad location
We had waited till the day of to make reservations and this was the last hotel available in all of the St Louis Mo area. It is an older hotel that needs some updating. It was better than nothing but highly disappointing. I asked the representative if it was comparable to some of the other hotels I was trying to make a reservation and they said yes. It wasn't horrible but it could have been a lot better. Would not recommend it to any one. It was ok if it was only for one night.

Cons: No fridge in room
Location: Loved how close to the airport it is.
Staff was really nice. Rooms we're clean. Check in and check out were easy. Overall a good experience.

Not bad for a quick stop

It was located right off the highway and very close to the airport so that was nice. Worst part was I believe the employees were watching some inappropriate movie when I went to check in.

Location: Close to airport. Return your car rental and guard your motel room door...
This hotel was disgusting. The first room he sent us to had not been cleaned, ( after 5 pm) there was no one else at this motel it was not busy. He sent us to another room that the door looked as though someone had used a crow bar or something to break in. We left I am out the money and this was not my first issue with EXPEDIA. I will NEVER use Expedia again....

Descent enough for college students

My boyfriend and I have date nights and we go stay at avg hotels. Here's our experiences. On my first stay, our room was average. It was organized, had a king bed, microwave and fridge. I personally bring my own cleaning supplies when staying at motels(it's strongly recommended), so I cleaned the bathroom and took a bath. For some reason the water pressure was low, the water was hot though, but took a while to fill the tub. Later when using the toilet the water did not refill the bowl. Water pressure issue of course. I took their mini trash can, filled it with water and poured it into the tank.(dad was a plumber, I'm an amateur) but it worked to flush the toilet. Had to keep refilling the tank with every use of the toilet. I called the office, they offered another room, but when it was checked it had the same issue. So we roughed it out. The next morning though the pressure got fixed. I don't blame the hotel for the pressure issue, it was January,winter,cold,snowy, and pipes all over town were having issues with the weather. 2nd stay. We saved 20% when booking with hotels.com but whatever. When the booking was made I thought we'd get the same room(smoking, king bed, microwave and fridge) but the actual hotel said otherwise. That they had ran out of those rooms, only queen bedrooms with smoking was left, but again we roughed it out. I do wish in the future that hotels.com updates that info. Perks: comfy beds, chain locks, elevator, wifi, next to highway, late night food minutes away Not so good: tv(only 3-5 channels work so bring a laptop and use netflix/hulu/whatever you have) small towels You get what you pay for. I'm satisfied for the basics. If you're a college student or in your 20s you'll be fine.
