I can't say enough about this stay. The staff was very friendly, every time we entered the lobby the workers at the front desk had a smile waiting for us and greeted us or asked how things were going :-) The room was very clean, smelled good, loved the kitchen area with about everything you need. nice counter space/desk area. Bathroom was clean and updated. Only thing that could use updating is the bed, It wasn't that comfortable and felt like maybe it needs slats under it for more middle support. We were there for a concert at the amphitheater and this hotel was an excellent location for that as well as easy access to the highways to go to St Louis. I recommend checking out Chesterfield for excellent food places to eat out and keeps you out of the St Louis traffic. There isn't a pool or free breakfast but if you are busy doing things in St Louis or just want a nice relaxing room to chill out in away from the city- this is the place to stay. Excellent for business trips if you need extended stay. Great price and nice location. Will stay again!

Nice rooms

Very nice rooms for the price. Looks like they spent their money on those instead of the lobby area, which works for me. Only drawback is there isn't a daily maid service, but you can get new towels anytime.

Clearly this hotel is set up for long term stays......charging for coffee is a little much......No food....but you know that going in......I had very little interaction with the staff...I had booked a handicap accessible room....They said they were not aware and didn't have one available....As it turns out, not really a biggie......Staff polite and friendly

Great place to stay

This hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen, lots of desk space, and has just about everything I would need to settle in. I will definitely stay here again.

Second time around, and still a great value

So this is the second time in a year that we have stayed here, and both time the main reason was to attend a concert in the area. Excellent proximity to the Verizon Amphitheater, plus two casinos nearby and the wonderful Main Street of St. Charles just across the river. St. Louis proper only about 20 minutes away. Staff was friendly, hotel was in good shape overall. Bed was a bit soft, and room was spacious and reasonably clean My only gripe is that the attention to detail seems to be slipping in the cleanliness department. Not that overall it wasn't clean, but a few things caught my attention: 1) top of refrigerator and rear of bathroom door look like they hadn't been touched in awhile, and 2) some "beverage" bottles that had been left in the parking lot by some less-than-considerate guests were not even picked up over a 24-hour-plus period. With that said, though, these were minor issues, and for the money, you are not going to find a much more spacious or comfortable room in the area.

Great Stay

I was thoroughly surprised at how beautiful the facilities were and how friendly the staff was. After a long drive it was very refreshing to receive the help from the staff, Andre and Danielle. The room was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that I was looking for in the kitchen. There was an amazing Thai restaurant at the corner that delivered so I didn't have to go out in the rain. If you stay here, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
