Front desk staff very helpful. I requested handicap non smoking and room had significant smoke smell. I brought this matter up to manager and he offered to change our room. This room was fine. Nice breakfast - always love the make your own waffles .

Night stands need updating to accommodate usb charging cords. The menu needs more a variety than just microwave sausage and eggs. Maybe some biscuits and gravy

The elevator was very small and smelled. There was hair on the comforters. The dining was very small and tight. We had 2 queen beds, but only enough soap for 1 person if that. The pool felt very dirty and cloudy, as well as the hot tub. My husband found hair ties and actual finger nails. We felt rushed to leave, housekeeping kept asking if we was leaving and was waiting for us to leave in the hall. They followed us to the elevator the first time. We could hear doors slamming all night.

Late-night unruly guests spoiled it for me
I enjoyed my stay until the last night. The rowdiness in a nearby room began at 10 pm , with shouting, running in the hall, and repeated loud door-slams. At 11-ish I called the front desk and they said they would see that it stopped “in a while.” It took until 12:30 to quiet down. At 2:30 am there was another very loud door slam that woke me up. Considering that I had a 10-hour drive ahead of me, needless to say I was NOT pleased.

Everything was great …. The beds were SO comfortable!! The only comment is that the hot breakfast was the same scrambled eggs and sausage all three mornings Biscuits and gravy would be a welcome alternative

Wasn’t swept well and when we came in from the pool and tried to get the water off the floor dirt was coming up off the floor as if it hadn’t been mopped in awhile. The breakfast was nice and the tubs had grime in it. I had to put a towel down because you could see the dirt.

It was nice but it is very loud. You can hear dogs barking, people walking and slamming doors and the ice machine going off.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Pillows are awesome! Furniture could use an upgrade otherwise room was comfortable. Good breakfast and coffee daily. Very nice lady checked us in. It's right off the highway and near a truckstop but we didn't hear alot of truck noise. I would stay there again.
