Stayed over Memorial Day weekend

Pros: Beds were fine, free wifi, and lots of cable channels which the kids enjoyed.
I recently took my kids to St. Louis over Memorial Day weekend. I wanted a hotel that offered free breakfast since we were staying two nights. The only ones I could find were out by the airport, such as this one. The price was within my budget, so I took it. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - IT WAS HORRIBLE. I don't know where they get their eggs, but you could tell they were mass produced somewhere else, and just reheated in the bag onsite... they looked like tofu - they weren't even scrambled. They had that 'tofu' consistency that wasn't scrambled and didn't look like eggs. Their sausage was greasy, the cereal stale, donuts to be desired. They had one person working the breakfast area and she was totally overwhelmed on Sunday morning when the majority of the guests were checking out. My daughter ended up eating leftover pizza for breakfast on day 2. Unfortunately, the area this particular hotel is located is somewhat of a desert for other restaurants that serve breakfast. The restaurant that is next to this hotel wasn't open for breakfast, so one would have to go down the road to a gas station or McDonalds to get anything. Book with this hotel if it fits your budget, but go somewhere else for breakfast.

Pros: Clean and quiet.
I was very pleased with my room and the staff. The room was clean and very comfortable and the hotel had nice facilities. If I return to the area I will definitely stay there again.

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Very convenient to the airport, extremely pleasant staff.
The only reason room comfort got a 3 instead of a 4 is the AC/heating system. It was a strange weather day and I don't think the system had been switched to AC from heat. For me to be truly comfortable, I needed AC that day. Someone else would probably have been fine but I like to be pretty cool when I sleep.

Location: we were there for a funeral so we didn't go anyplace else.
Very nice hotel - we were in the area for my brother's funeral and arrived before the 3 pm check in time. They hurried to get the room cleaned up so we could get ready to go to the funeral. They went beyond the call of duties. Very, very well pleased with their services.

Pros: The location.
Cons: more attention to the details.
The full breakfast was not a full breakfast it had cold scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. No sausage or bacon. My room was cleaned once during my 3 night stay.

The hotel was nice but the restaurant was never open on the evening. So we had to go out every night to eat.
