Good value for money

Pros: The location is convenient for visiting Creve Coeur. The price is lower than others from the same area.
Cons: The housekeeping service. We had to call in two occasions when returning to the hotel in the afternoon (after to ask for tissues and other amenities!.
The hotel was better than expected. It is lower in price than others from the same range.

Nice Hotel at Good Price

Location: Location is convenient to airport and central St. Louis county area. Several restaurants in nearby Westport Plaza and elsewhere within 5-minute drive
Room was clean, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable for my one-night stay. Television had more channels than I have ever seen on a hotel TV. Closet only contained three coat hangers, which could have been a problem if staying longer. Free breakfast bar was in attached restaurant, so there was more room then you normally find in hotel breakfast rooms. Food was fair, didn't offer any bacon or sausage.

Pros: Staff was pleasant, room clean and fair -priced, Hotel recently remodeled and looked very nice throughout the areas we were in.
Cons: We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but it was only average. Would have been nice if more variety was offered, still it was filling. Noisy AC.
Location: The location was about 1/2 hour from the things we wanted to do--Zoo, museums, Botanical Garden, the Loop. Not much entertainment nearby.
Easy check in, friendly, helpful staff. Hotel has been recently renovated, everything looked new, clean. Easy access off interstate. Pool looked inviting, but it rained in the evenings when we were there so we did not use it. My wife and I came to St. Louis for a quick, mini-vacation and wanted a nice mid-priced hotel. This suited our purpose.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and up to date. Pool was great during the heat wave. Front desk staff was slow and awkward.

nice hotel just off main highway convenient for us

Pros: The location for us was perfect with a few restaurants around the area and one attached to the hotel.
Cons: The hotel was being renovated at the time but did not inconvenience us at all
Location: It was only 20 minutes from downtown St Louis and 20 minutes from the new premium shopping outlet center
We stayed one night on our way to Kansas from Chicago and then again on the way back. The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We had a coffee maker in the room that had to be changed 3 times but the staff were only too willing to sort out the problem. The coffee machine was not really needed as tea and coffee are available 24 hours in the lobby area.

So many things wrong with this hotel

The lobby was a mess, the WiFi was very weak, we had to call for toilet paper in our room, no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom, they were out of so many foods at breakfast and what was left was terrible, the rollaway bed I requested upon booking the room was denied to us, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work, there was no fan in the bathroom....the staff was friendly tho

Avoid at all costs

Accidentally booked 4 nights instead of 2. Would not allow me to cancel the last 2 nights with advanced notice.

Close to airport and major highways

Pros: Room was comfortable and the hotel staff was polite and pleasant. 24-hour coffee in the lobby was also a nice feature.
Cons: Plan for large group arrivals in order to make everyone's check in/out experience better. Monitor late check outs to allow for your daily arrivals.
Location: Downtown St. Louis, Forest Park, Six Flags
Stayed two times while in the area. First time, no real issues. Second stay was not able to check in to our rooms because the rooms were not ready at 4:30 pm. Also, a bus had arrived and the front desk was checking in a large number of guests at once. If they knew a bus was coming, keys should have been prepared beforehand. Other guests checking in were NOT happy! There was also a shortage of towels. I witnessed one woman asking the housekeeping staff for any type of towel, just so her family could shower and get on with their day. I had also requested adjourning rooms and was promised we would have them. Unfortunately, the rooms were not available when we checked in and could not wait for them to be cleaned. (We were told that this was because there were quite a few late check outs that day.)

While we do pre key all large groups prior to their arrival to expidite the process we sometimes have additional steps that have to be done based on the group and their specific needs. This was a nice hotel and very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! The free breakfast was one of the best we have seen. Overall a great experience!
