Close to airport and major highwaysPosted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Room was comfortable and the hotel staff was polite and pleasant. 24-hour coffee in the lobby was also a nice feature.
Cons: Plan for large group arrivals in order to make everyone's check in/out experience better. Monitor late check outs to allow for your daily arrivals.
Location: Downtown St. Louis, Forest Park, Six Flags
Stayed two times while in the area. First time, no real issues. Second stay was not able to check in to our rooms because the rooms were not ready at 4:30 pm. Also, a bus had arrived and the front desk was checking in a large number of guests at once. If they knew a bus was coming, keys should have been prepared beforehand. Other guests checking in were NOT happy! There was also a shortage of towels. I witnessed one woman asking the housekeeping staff for any type of towel, just so her family could shower and get on with their day. I had also requested adjourning rooms and was promised we would have them. Unfortunately, the rooms were not available when we checked in and could not wait for them to be cleaned. (We were told that this was because there were quite a few late check outs that day.)

Would you believePosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: It was very quiet and out of the way from the local traffic. From our room we heard absolutely nothing from outside. That's relaxing.
Cons: The motel is under construction, redoing hallway carpets and refinishing inside the rooms, our room had just been redone.. What can I say.
Location: Met a couple staying at the motel and went out to a wonderful steak house with them for dinner and found it very comfortable.
We Met the greatest young lady at the check in counter that was so full of local information we didn't need a tour guide.

Pros: Pool was nice and not crowded at all during our stay. Plenty of pillows.
Location: Quick Trip was near by.
Some remodeling was taking place therefore, it was a little noisy. Other than that the stay was acceptable. The continental breakfast is average.

what are in those pillows?Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: The bed and pillows!
Cons: Internet connection. I had limited connection so I really couldn't surf the net
Even though there was construction going on, it didn't impact my stay negatively. The room was clean and the staff was great. What I liked the most were the pillows. I don't know what is in them, but I slept like a baby! Thanks!

Great Hotel...close to the airportPosted Jul 9, 2014
Cons: Can' think of a thing that needed improvement
Location: Close to the airport..Only in St. Louis one day... journeyed to the top of the Gateway Arch and grandkids spent hours having fun at City Museum.
We enjoyed spending the night at Comfort Inn when we were in St. Louis...It was close to the airport The staff was friendly...The two joining rooms we rented were beautiful as was the dining room...The hot breakfast buffet was a bonus!
