Nicest Staff Ever

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff most of all. Also the convenience to the airport made it an easy, stress-free visit to St. Louis.
Cons: The room had no refrigerator or microwave. That would have been a nice addition to have.
Location: The location was fine as far as access to the Metro Link train which quickly got me to downtown St. Louis, to eat out and go to a concert.
I cannot say enough nice things about the Hotel staff. They were all so very nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in the hotel. The people at the front desk were so kind and made sure all was taken care of for me. The next morning, the ladies at the Bistro in the lobby were so very nice and personable. The food was very good and served quickly. The man at the front desk, named David, was very helpful in scheduling the shuttle to take me to the Metro Link station so I could go into the city to meet my friends. David was very friendly, yet professional and he and the Bistro ladies were interested in my plans for the evening. It was like conversing with friends. The shuttle driver, Carlos, was very nice and I enjoyed talking with him as he drove me to the train and back a couple of times. He was just as personable and friendly as the rest of the Hotel staff.

The beds and pillows were the best I have had during any hotel stay. I had a great nite's sleep! Which is rare for me in a hotel!

Great Experience

Location: Airport, Shopping, Casino and a quaint St. Charles riverfront less than 5 miles away
We had a great experience at the hotel over the weekend. The hotel staff were very accommodating to our needs and with a smile. Breakfast was included with our reservation and it was made to order fresh which was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was focused on more healthier options which my family enjoyed. The indoor pool was clean and our family had a nice time. If we are in St. Louis again we will definitely come back.

Over Priced

The room was ok..no microwave...no complementary breakfast. I could've went to extended stay in westport and got more..no thanks.

Pros: EVERYTHING, convenient, very quiet area, friendly staff, clean room, etc.
Cons: I had absolutely no issues at all.
Location: St. Charles - there's ALWAYS something to do.
Check-in was great, super friendly young man assisted us. Made conversation with him and the other staff person chimed in and we had a really nice chat! I reserved two rooms and we were given two fairly close which was nice. Room was in excellent condition, clean, temperature was great upon arrival. Bathroom was clean and nicely put together with everything we needed. Love the security of having to use a key card to get in the outer doors. Had a great stay! Would LOVE to stay there again and would highly recommend.

This hotel was very good in price and the staff were very friendly. The room wasn't huge but a decent size,clean and very comfortable. There's a nice warm fire place in the lounge and they serve Starbucks coffee which is a plus.

Great St. Louis Airport Location

Pros: We were mostly impressed with the staff and the wonderful, clean room!
They were very accommodating! Shuttle service was wonderful and timely, and very courteous!! We were able to park our car there and fly to Jamaica for a week and return with no problem! The shuttle picked us up when we called! The Bistro was a great place to get something to eat. Very, very good! GREAT staff all the way around! We live in Rolla, Missouri, and we will stay there whenever we have to fly out of St. Louis!

Comfortable Stay

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was very comfortable with a fair amount of pillows! The linens were decent and clean. I did not like that the receptionists did not offer assistance with bags/luggage. despite our stay was only one night. They had a luggage rack but didn't offer it. The night we stayed there was a large group of youth, they were very loud and rowdy which was not pleasant. There is no free breakfast or coffee other than the small single serving coffee pot in room. Sugar is included with that, but no creamer. The receptionists didn't offer any information about the hotel and it's amenities. In my opinion that is poor customer service...This is to not judge the hotel itself - although I recommend better customer service training!
