“Location, Affordability, & Friendliness = A+”

This was a very affordable hotel with the best location I could find for the price downtown. We were within walking distance to everything we needed access to; Laclede's Landing, Scottrade Center, and this great bar we discovered on the way home called Caleco's. The neighborhood also felt safe enough to do all this walking. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The beds were obviously outfitted with freshly-washed duvets and sheets, and the view from the window was spectacular. I will say this hotel isn't for folks looking to be wrapped in luxury. The tv, toilet, furniture, and bathtub were slightly outdated, and the bathroom tile could use some work. But by no means was it unacceptable. It was just "nice." And even knowing this now, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again because it was so affordable and the people were so great.

“Close to Rams game”

The hotel was conveniently located near the Edward Jones Center and we were able to walk to the football game. Our room with a sleeper sofa and 2 Queen beds was great for our group of 5. Very helpful and friendly staff.

“OLD EVERYTHING!! But charge you current prices!”

Very outdated. Old tile. Old tvs. Old carpet. Box wall heater--very noisy. Not even a plastic cup to brush your teeth. Way over priced. Bar was decent. That was it.

“Not that impressed”

The staff was friendly enough, it was just an old hotel. I'm pretty sure one of the elevators was haunted but thanks to my super awesome ESP abilities, I told the ghost to away. The celing in our room had cracks like there was a previous leak. The AC was still turned on so when it got cold I had to suck it up because there was no heat. I don't know, I just was not all that impressed. Additionaly, the food was overpriced and not that great. Side note, there was an Irish pub about a block North and the food sucked there too. I cant remember the name but I think it was attached to a hotel.
