Bathrooms way too small for $134 a night, no microwave or refrigerator in the room. And I needed both a couple of times during my stay. Found a childs white ball underneath the dirty bedskirt(the day I was checking out), so I know, they didnt vacuum

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was professional and courteous. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only downside( although small) was the $10 per day parking fee. I didn't mind the fee, I just wished it would have been mentioned up front. The only way I found it was on my final bill. I would say though the manager was phenomenal. He appologized for the surprise charge and took off all but one day of the parking charges. Breakfast is not included in the hotel bill, although the do have room service and a buffet for $10. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The atrium area is beautiful and I love the glass elevators. Breakfast at Cloud Restaurant was great and our meal at TGIFRIDAYS was excellent.

Pros: The Fitness Center, elevators with windows, the staff.
Cons: Definitely more housekeeping staff
Location: Very near airport. Small strip mall nearby with Home Depot and grocery store
The fitness center was great with comfortable temperature and working equipment. Staff was friendly and TGIF was a nice plus. The hotel is short on staff. Room was not ready for 3:00pm check in and had to wait for an hour and a half. It took the shuttle 55 minutes and 3 phone calls for pick up at airport. When I first called, I was told 10 minutes. I don't mind waiting but would like a more accurate guess. Going back to airport was great with driver leaving at designated time. The housekeeping staff had difficulty getting the rooms made up and mine was done at 5:45pm on Friday and didn't get service on Saturday because again they were behind and I needed to get ready to go out for the evening.

No Water. Pathetic Customer Service

Pros: Checking out.
Cons: Customer Service.
Upon arrival we were notifed that the water would be turned off from 1 AM - 1PM on the day of our departure. We told the desk clerk that we would not be staying the last night. She advised us to call Expedia as we had prepaid. When the Expedia rep would call the front desk to confirm, the front desk clerk would hang up on them. This happened repeatedly. I finally went to the front desk with an Expedia rep on the line on my cell phone and she refused to "touch my personal phone" to confirm the situation. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced.

staff and wifi terrible

checking in was terrible! not only was the wait 30 min long, but when they actually checked us in. I had to wait a further 20 min for someone to go to the computer in the back room and input my room numbers in their system, or so i was told by check in staff. what kind of system was that. After checking in that night and getting our room numbers. Later that night we had a hotel employee come into our room, not realising that our room had been checked in to already??? What is the deal with that, how can a staff employee not know the room was occupied even though it took an substantial amount of time to check in. On top of that the way the parking charges were discribe is not what showed up on my bill.And my coworked and i shared a one car hence one car one parking spot need. We both were charge for parking upon check out, which granted i complained and got my charge reversed but still unorganised. The hotel claims to offer free wifi however it never worked and never connected when i pointed this out they sent a "technician" to my room and even he couldnt get the wifi or the wired connection to work and i was then told to call a help line to sort this out and even then this was not working. As a business traveller i needed access to the internet. nothing further was done by the hotel when the wifi problem was NOT resolved. When i called for confirmation of shuttle time the phone was answer with a "What?" and very unfriendlly manner.

Pros: Shuttle service and location close to airport
Cons: Wi-Fi quality, Front Desk staff not very accommodating, Room cleanliness (filthy closet)
Not really a great experience. Wifi is terrible. Staff not very accommodating. Few issues with room cleanliness. Only good thing was the shuttle service.
