Really nice and helpful hotel staff but they were clearly overwhelmed - the floor in our first room was sopping wet and there was a big industrial fan running in it. Checked us into another room efficiently. Hotel is fine but very big and busy, super busy little pool. It would be an ok place to stay but the area is awful from a city planning perspective. There are a couple restaurants you could eat at nearby but literally impossible to access on foot because of fencing (you can see them but not walk across the parking lot to them). Only option is to drive but if you leave, the only way to get back is to get on the interstate. You’re travelling several miles on interstate to return from the one pizza place that is literally next door.
The overall stay was nice. My kids and I had a great evening. The staff was friendly and the one older black woman was very helpful at the pool. The room however had dirty linen; a face towel in the bathroom and a stain on one of the pillows.
The room smelled like pot so bad it was almost unbearable for me and my kids to stay in. We initially planned on staying for the evening and swimming but we got in and stayed out as late as we could to avoid being around the smell any more than we needed too.
Crown Plaza is always my first and best choice to stay for location, cleanliness, professional staff and security.

Yelling started at 9:30 in the morning after maid knocked on my door announcing house cleaning. Ask her to come back later then all the screaming started. I thought it was domestic violence. I was about to call the front desk but decided to see what was going on and there were 5 screaming big kids in the pool.
We stayed here the night before due to a late flight and wanted to gets some sleep . Won’t come back. We stayed over at the bringing of our trip and it was good but had early flight so it was quiet when we left . So much for sleep, we arrived at 1:30 in the morning from our late flight so much for quality sleep

Surprised that the upkeep is not better:( Stayed one night prior to flight. We paid extra for the king suite. Someone had smoked in the room prior to us, so it was a strong odor. The concierge sent someone to spray which helped some. eds hard and huge pillows. Did not sleep well.

I will not stay again
The manager was so unprofessional didn't try to he make my stay any better two room l stayed in were dirty when i arrived in she just gave me a free meal and recleaned room
It was beautiful! A must stay and see place! only downside was, reservation was for a double bed and we recieved a room with a single king.

I thought I would have to check in late the young lady I spoke to on the phone was so kind and extended my check in. When I went to check in we got in earlier than expected and they were so kind to even joke with me. I appreciate the kindness they showed me. When leaving the young lady even helped show me where the luggage racks were. I would for sure stay here again

They offered no hot breakfast options, as advertised. Had fruit, juice, toast, packaged rolls, cold cereal, coffee. Our voucher said it was for $16.95.

Our stay was excellent We have stayed at this property many times and always enjoyed great service and hospitality.
The only problem we experienced was we paid for our breakfast when we paid for our reservation. When we checked in for the breakfast buffet, we were seated. The buffet was excellent, but the server never came by to check on us refill our water, etc. As we were getting u to leave, he did come by and remove our plates and thank us. Otherwise we had a great stay.
