“Very Satisfied”

The atrium is beatiful and the waterfall is very peaceful. All the amenities are conveniently next to each other. Very satisfied with the size and comfort of the rooms, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had.

“Great Hotel”

I was very pleased with my recent stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean/comfortable, and the pool & hot tub were also very nice. I found this to be a great hotel at an affordable price.

“Perfect for what I needed”

Needed a nice hotel with free shuttle service to the airport and this one fit the bill. Even had free shuttle service to a nearby casino. Everything clean quiet, and tip top. TGI Fridays attached.

“Our lfinal military reunion,( # 58) and it was special”

The hotel staff went far beyond expectations in making us feel welcome. This was our 58th consecutive annual reunion. So we have seen the whole gamut of hotels across the country and it was great to end the run on a high note like this.

“A great beginning to a big trip”

My husband and I stayed there before we went on our honeymoon and everything about the hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade, free parking and shuttle to the airport, and complimentary breakfast (which might have been part of the upgrade). Every single staff member, including the cleaning staff, said "hello" and "good morning". The hotel is only minutes from the airport and wal-mart and walgreen's in case you forgot anything at home. The only problem was if you missed he turn, you wound have drive a little out of the way to get back.

“Great Airport Hotel!!!!!”

Beautiful very clean hotel with an extremely helpful friendly staff! Room was very nice,clean, & comfortable bed! Had coupon for free breafast buffet but they were not serving buffet that morning... so ordered of menu, food was very good! Airport shuttle staff was very friendly and helpful! Had a very clean and well equipped work out room also! Will definetly stay again on our trips to Houston!

“Wonderful place to stay”

Especially impressed with the airport shuttle driver! This man went out of his way to help a family that had just flown in and needed diapers for their child. Our flight did not get in until about 10:30 pm and he still made sure to get these people to the store. His overall concern was for their child. Very rare to find such a caring person these days!

There was free shuttle service to Harrah's Casino. Also the lobby had free wireless interenet.

“Great near airport”

The rooms are large and very comfortable. They have everything you need and then some. The staff is overly friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport is great. They have an excellent exercise room and swimming pool. I love to stay here when I am in St. Louis.

“Great Hotel”

The hotel is beautiful and the service is exemplary. I love the hot tub and the pool area. The room was very clean. The food at the hotel restaurants were great. I enjoyed staying there. The only drawback was getting hot water. I had to let the water run for quite a while before I could get any. The maintenance man came right away to check the water temperature in my room when I called the front desk about it.
