Very Nice Hotel With Friendly Staff

Pros: Very clean with a friendly staff.
Cons: Great value hotel.
Location: Close to Lambert
This is a very nice hotel with a professional and friendly staff. The shuttle bus arrived at Lambert-St. Louis IAP in ten minutes. Check in at the front desk was a breeze. Guest room was clean and comfortable. The TGIF restaurant on the lower level is convenient and fun with OK food.

Eggs to order for breakfast would be a plus. Also, drop the daily parking surcharge. It resembles existing airline gouging.

Pros: The beauty and how nice the staff was.
Cons: I only encountered one problem. My room wasn't cleaned while I was out. After a long day of shopping, I really needed to come back to a clean room
Location: I was only interested in being close to my family, so this location served that purpose.
Very nice facility which was centrally located near my relatives home. It is in a very nice section of town, even though it was near the airport, I never heard the planes. The decor was quite nice. The front desk was extremely helpful in taking care of every concern that came up. That was so much appreciated. I was offered a free meal for my entire family to satisfy my mishap. Just showing concern, made the matter dissappear. I left and assured the front desk that I would certainly return to that hotel when I would be back in the St. Louis area. Great place.

Nice hotel at reasonable price near the airport.

Pros: Close to airport and reasonably priced. Easy to get to.
Cons: Nothing to offer as our stay was brief.
Location: Close to airport. 2 Casinos within15 minutes drive.
Just in for a 1 night stay before picking up daughter & family at St. Louis airport at 7:30 Tuesday morning. Did not want to get up at 3 a.m. and make the 3 hr. drive so we decided to stay over Monday night. Did not arrive until 9:30 p.m. so did not get to see much of the facility. Did eat breakfast Tuesday morning and food was good as was the service.

Nice hotel by St. Louis Airport

Cons: The shuttle driver went to the wrong terminal to pick me up. I don't know if it was the driver's fault or the person who gave him instructions.
All of the hotel employees I met were very nice and helpful. The employees at their TGIF restaurant were nice too!

Small bathroom, and poor TV signals.

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel, especially inside.
Cons: Make sure guest have a sufficient number of towels, and improve television reception.
Location: The location was not easy to get to. I found all the off ramps to reach 11228 Lone Eagle confusing, and did not want to venture too far from the hotel
The bathroom was smaller than I expected. Although the room was booked for four people, there were not sufficient towels and washcloths in room. The television lost it's picture and sound to the point it was irritating.
