“Great Service, Great Price”

The rooms are spacious, and the customer service is outstanding; plus, you get a hot breakfast every morning. This hotel is perfect for those seeking a resort-style stay at a reasonable price.

“great for the money”

A little off the beaten path, we were wondering if we had the directions right. But it sits in the middle of a nice neighborhood, so we felt safe. The room was very spacious, clean and nice. Only complaint was the bathroom smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. We turned the vent fan on and left it on all night, by morning the smell was gone. We turned off the fan, but within a half hour, the smell was there again, so it must have been coming thru the ventilation system from another room. Other than that, no complaints. The breakfast was comparable to other lower cost hotels -- REAL scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels and cereal. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

it was a nice room for the money and the staff was very nice and hel[ful. I would stay there again.

“Great service”

One reason we chose this hotel was Expedia had listed it had hot tub. When we got there the staff was very friendly. Later we gone down to relaxe in the hot tub to find that it was out of service. We explained to the lady at the front desk that that was one of reasons for booking with then. She was very appoligetic and very accommodating and with no hesitation moves us from a standerd room to a suite that had a whoolpool tub. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on staying again next time in St. Louis.

“Truly surprised at the negative reviews!”

I'm a particularly harsh critic, so I was surprised to see the negative reviews when I went to book this hotel again after a fantastic stay in June. Front desk staff was mediocre and their English isn't great. It seems they inherited a previously poorly maintained property and starting in June were trying to turn it around since lots of repairs were going on. The breakfast was AMAZING: eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, biscuits, sausage, grits, coffee, tea, juice, milk and tons of condiments. I ate $10 in breakfast daily. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious; updated about 5 years ago. The courtyard had a tasteful garden with a nicely maintained outdoor pool. The lobby was ceramic tiled and had a flatscreen tv and couches; the breakfast areas was large enough to seat 50. WiFi was very good for a hotel. What made me return was the breakfast, the location and the price. It's not the cheapest nor the priciest but I felt it was worth 20% more than I paid and was 20-30% nicer than the nearby Red Roof (which I stayed at a month before this property and paid almost the same for).

“Great hotel for the price.”

The hotel was nice. Our room was close to the pool which was great for the kids. On our second night we were next to a loud bunch that were up late drinking.

“Unexpectedly Nice!”

Actually one of the best Days Inn hotels I've ever been to. It was clean and the decorations inside were very nice. Room was big, and bed was comfy enough (I mean, we weren't exactly expecting much out of it anyway) The only downside was the relatively uninspiring breakfast and bleh coffee. But overall, given that we were expect a relatively average hotel, what we got/saw out of this one exceeded expectations.

“Pleasant stay.”

The staff was Pleasant and courteous at all times. The hot breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Left something behind and the front desk went looking for it, found it and mailed it back to us. Great service.

“Wouldn't stay here again.”

The AC did not work and that made it miserable. The DSL did not work so no access on computer. Overall, not such a good visit.
