Young, inexperienced front desk staffPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Beautiful, clean.
Cons: Staff with better knowledge about the hotel.
Location: Chesterfield Mall, outlet mall, wineries, many restaurants.
While pleasant and energetic, they were unable to efficiently and effectively manage our requests. Our group was traveling together to celebrate our 40th birthdays. I noted on my reservation that we wanted rooms close together. I called the hotel twice making this request as well. I was told we could only have adjoining rooms for double queen rooms, but they would note that we wanted our rooms close together. This notation was not on our reservation at check-in. We were told there were no adjoining rooms available. When we arrived in our single king rooms, they had adjoining capability. In fact, we were in two separate adjoining rooms, but not adjoining to each other. Very disappointing.

Not Too Far AwayPosted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: The bonus was a complimentary three drink gift card. Thanks, Drury!
Cons: I can't think of anything at the moment.
Location: Downtown St. Louis was only fifteen to twenty minutes away with not much traffic, and we stayed two days visiting the zoo, the City Museum, etc.
This Drury Hotel was less expensive than the ones downtown St. Louis and this is why we chose it, along with the fact we needed to fit our four kids in one room with us. This wasn't too bad with two double beds and a pull out sofa. The evening we arrived they were offering a complimentary dinner and so this helped out immensely on our vacation budget. The hot breakfast was great and the pool was sufficient.

Fabulous St. Louis hotel!Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: I loved the breakfast and the dinner with drinks - perfect for us because all we wanted to do was sit around and eat and drink and talk.....
Cons: Not a thing - everything was fabulous!
Location: We walked over to the mall Friday night and then went to the zoo and Ted Drewes Frozen Custard on Saturday.....
We were a bunch of six high school buddies who met in St. Louis for the weekend and your hotel provided the perfect spot for us to hang out and eat and drink and enjoy the weekend.....

Wonderful Hotel!! Great for families!!Posted Jun 13, 2015
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The complimentary evening appetizers were basically dinner and the breakfast in the morning was great! It is budget friendly for families. The indoor/outdoor pool and spa was a hit for all of us. The staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Really Nice HotelPosted Jun 8, 2015
We booked this hotel because we have stayed at a Drury several times before in Amarillo TX. Plus they are a pet friendly hotel. This particular hotel was awesome! Super nice and in a great location. It is within walking distance to a mall with a theater and lots of restaurants. There is also a dog park about a mile away. We are definitely considering another trip back up there soon.

Nice - Nice - NicePosted Jun 4, 2015
Pros: Breakfast, staff, cleanliness
Cons: More bath towels in the room.
Location: Mall - American Girl Doll store. Shopping!
I took my 3 girls for a weekend in St. Louis. This hotel was so wonderful! The breakfast in the morning was the best!! The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The décor and hotel was updated, clean, and comfortable. Very nice - better than I've ever seen at a Drury. Highly recommend this hotel when in St. Louis. A bit of a drive to downtown, but very easy access. Located right next to the mall - with the American Girl Doll store - which was a total plus for my 10 year old! Wish the room would have had more towels to begin with, but that is truly my only complaint!

Highly RecommendPosted Jun 3, 2015
Very welcoming staff. The breakfast and dinner fair was on the better side of good. And it helped cut some of the cost down on my family of 6's weekend vacation. Every thing was clean. Our cleaning staff even put an extra touch of propping my daughter's stuffed animals on there bed. may not be cheapest in area but worth every penny

Good stayPosted Jun 3, 2015
My family and I stayed a night at the Drury plaza hotel on the way home from Nashville, and it was a pretty good stay. The location is great! It is just a minute from the highway, I-64, malls and restaurants just across the street. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and there were a mini size refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator only has a fridge, no freezer. Bathroom has a tube. The breakfast was served till 9:30am, included fresh fruits, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancake, muffin, bagles, etc. They also offer free popcorns and soda.
