“Great Place to stay in St Louis/ St Charles”

I look forward to staying at this Embassy Suites when visiting family in the St. Louis area. St Charles is so quaint and fun to visit, especially during the Christmas holidays. The rooms are roomy and pleasant and can easily sleep six. The cook to order breakfast is fabulous and the Manager's reception is a nice touch also. All of this at a reasonable price makes for a good value and a great stay.

Area recommendations

Historic downtown St. Charles is fun to walk. Lots of great shops, resturants and some Lewis and Clark history down on the riverfront.

“Would go again”

The hotel and service was great. The fire alarm going off was odd but then we found out some kids had a party there so that explained that.

“"Always a great stay"”

We stay at the Embassy Suites on our visits to see our daughter. Over the past 6 years we have never had a bad room, bad meal or poor service. We can not think of anytime where we had any complaints. Thanks so much for your generous hospitality. We look forward to seeing you all again!!

“Good family hotel, good value”

No major complaints about this hotel, we had a party of six, including 4 children. We enjoyed the pool, the room was comfortable, I loved the complementary snacks and cocktails in the afternoon, the breakfast buffet was very good. The only thing that was not great was the room was not squeaky clean. The carpet looked a bit suspect, as did the dust ruffle on the bed.

Old Town St. Charles is nearby, with great river views and wonderful dining choices.

“Can't wait to go back”

Loved the spacious room. Enjoyed relaxing in the sitting room with TVs in both the sitting area and the sleeping area. The room was immaculate. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“great trip”

We enjoyed staying at the Embassy because of it's central location to downtown. The service and food at breakfast were excellent. Overall great place to stay when ever we travel.

This would be a great place to gather a group of out of town friends. I was very impressed with the ease of moving from our room throughout the hotel with only 3 elevators.

“Happy traveler”

Hotel is HUGE! We had a corner suite that was great; more private than the others... the regular suites have a window that opens to the hallway. Breakfast and the manager's reception were a great bonus. On the weekends, the pool is VERY busy!

“Will definitely stay again!”

From beginning to end this hotel was tops. The staff was superb. They were very courteous and gracious. The evening cocktail hour and morning brunch were wonderful. We had cause to use the hotel shuttle, and it was such a nice amenity. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
