“Great for St. Louis”

The hotel was great, great service,and the people were amazing. City attractions and restaurants all a short walk or cab ride away, and the smokey casino was fun also

“St. Louis best hotel”

The Four seasons St. Louis represents the difference between a good hotel and a great one. The small things is what counts and really sets this hotel apart from the rest. Having stayed at several Four Seasons (Chicago, Maui, a former Bahamas resort) this one definitely stood out.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. We did miss having a coffee maker in the room. The room was very nice, however the seating was lacking. The chase lounge being a little wider or a love seat would have been more comfortable.

“Best in St. Louis”

We live in St. Louis and decided to simply go downtown and stay at a local hotel for our anniversary. Not having been to the Lumiere or Four Seasons yet, we were pleasantly surprised. Shocked was more like it. Awesome rooms, service and amenities. There's not another place in St. Louis we'd rather stay at. Can't wait till our next in-town escape. Only slight negative was the wait staff at the Lumiere restaurant, SleeK. For what is really a very nice place, our service was sub-par. However, I firmly believe this had more to do with the individual than how the restaurant wants their staff to perform.

Fantastic spa, pool and pool bar. Adjacent to Lumiere Place Casino. Great views of the river and Arch grounds. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

The Four Seasons was a great place to spend our wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very large with excellent amenities and a wonderful view of the St. Louis Arch. My wife kept raving about how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The Cielo restaurant is an excellent value for its top rated reviews. The adjacent Lumiere casino offers a Vegas style experience. There are also several good restaurants in the casino. We especially liked Asia for its great sushi. This was our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. It exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay at this and other Four Seasons hotels again. This is by far the best hotel in St. Louis and I recommend it for anyone looking for upscale lodging.

“Great Hotel experience in St. Louis”

I drove down from Chicago to St. Lousi for a trade show. I was going to be in town for a little more than a day. I was happy to find that the Four Seasons was right off the Martin Luther King bridge. From the valet to the front desk i was greeted with smiles and warmth. I was told at the front desk if there was a problem witht he room, not to come back down, but just call and they would relocate me. When i go to St. Louis i will stay no where else. All services were cheerful and efficient.
