Family vacation

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, cookie hour, relaxing breakfast, pool time
Cons: N/A
Location: It seems "outside" of St. Louis, but the location is perfect for St. Louis activities. We did the City Museum, Purina Farms, and Meramec Caverns.
We were greeted with a smile by each and every staff member every time (front desk, housekeeping, cookie hour, breakfast staff). It was quite amazing. The room was very clean and modern (white duvet). The breakfast options changed each morning and were quite filling. The hotel pool has a set of toys for the kids to play with (and a life vest), and didn't have that overpowering scent of chlorine. Our favorite part of our hotel experience was "Grandma Linda" and the 8-9pm cookie hour. She was exceptionally personable, and the kids looked forward to it every night.

Great for our family

Posted Mar 26, 2015
We have stayed here twice. The first time was by chance - we wanted to be on the south side of STL because we used to live nearby and are familiar with the area. Both visits have been great. I don't think I've ever encountered a friendlier or more hospitable staff. The Cookie Lady, by herself, will bring custimers back. We will return.

Pros: wonderful hospitality
I brought my daughter and some friends here for a birthday sleepover. Check in was easy and quick. The girls enjoyed the pool and hot tub room was very nice and clean. There is a wonderful lady that serves fresh baked cookies and milk at 8pm very good. at checkin the clerk asked why we were staying there my daughter answered its her 10th birthday. in the morning there was a birthday card signed by all the staff even rembered she was turning double digits. they truly know hospitality. I highly recomend staying here for any reason.

You won't be disappointed

Great hotel. Our room was very "posh" and extremely clean. The breakfast was even tasty and there was variety of different foods to choose from. The staff was pretty impressive too, they were all very welcoming and eager to please.

Great people!

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: I really liked the people.
Cons: Per my husband the bed could have been firmer but that was really about it.
Location: We were heading downtown St. Louis to the convention center so it was about a 15 minute drive. I really don't know what was right around there.
The staff was very friendly with all of them speaking with you regardless of being at the front desk or in the hallways. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in without any trouble. Greeted by a fresh smell upon entering the room and all was as it should be. Good cookies per my son & husband and with a woman who wanted you to call her Grandma serving them, who could ask for more! I used the fitness center and found it to be small but complete with machines that worked, large selection of free weights, stability ball, workout bench, clean towels, free earbuds and water! After my workout we had a breakfast that provided to all kinds of people. If you wanted to load up on sugar it was there but you could also load up on oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and fruit. It was a perfect selection in my world. I would advise anyone who stays in this area to consider this hotel, it was worth every penny!

Will stay there again

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, nice staff, convenient location
Cons: nothing
Location: Located next to major interstate for easy access to all attractions. Restaurants and fast food close by.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate. Beds are the most comfortable we have had. Hotel is next to one of the major interstates making it convenient to get downtown and to other parts of St. Louis. Located in a nice area of St Louis.
