Dinning area was very nice. We were checking in at around 6:30 pm and thought we would be able to eat a light dinner there. However they did not have kitchen staff there that evening. We were able to get a glass of wine and we ordered door dash so it all worked out.

This room was a major disappointment. At a rate of $250 for a Saturday night, this fell drastically short. The bathroom smelled of old urine/ body odor. The shower curtain rod was broken and almost completely unusable. I will not be staying here again. My wife and I agreed that we would have rather stayed in a Holiday Inn express than the Hilton Garden Inn.

Breakfast was poor and way over priced. The same breakfast is provided at Hampton Inn for free. The staff member attending the breakfast didn’t even bother to say good morning much less offer any assistance.

Good Service with some yucky bedding.
I use Hilton Garden Inn a lot. They have gone downhill the past few years. This trip, the bed spread was visibly dirty and itched. The beds are continuing to see wear and tear and are no longer comfortable. On the good side, service is very good.

I expected more from a Hilton Garden Inn. The one in Manhattan, KS is very nice. I just wasn't impressed. Plus the breakfast should've been better than powdered eggs, since it costs $12.95.

Overall, my stay was great: staff were efficient & friendly; room large, clean & comfy. My only complaint would be that the lobby & elevator were overly warm.

The only thing that I did not like was paying for my breakfast. I typically will not stay in a hotel that doesn't offer some sort of complimentary breakfast that is just worked into the room price. I understand though that it is a financial adjustment. Just wasn't ready for a bill to be handed to me after eating watered down eggs and crunchy bacon. Thanks though.

Very disappointing stay!
I got ready to go to bed and noticed the sheets had not been changed. The room was very, very dusty. I didn’t even dare to use the coffee pot the next morning. The toilet ran constantly. I doubt I will ever use a Hilton again.

This is a nice hotel- I was working at a camp at the new athletic facility in Chesterfield so the location was great. Bathroom was outdated and a little dirty, honestly. Overall it was a good stay, but the bathroom was the only downside.

Phone didn’t work. Roman shade cord broken, so shade had to be rolled up by hand & secured w/2 large binder clips. Bathroom clean, but enamel in tub had large chip. Found another guest’s sock in one of the cupboards. Our room faced I-64. Could hear no traffic noise. Staff was very accommodating. Prices lower than others in area. There are food options for breakfast & dinner but you pay for them separately - not included in room charge. Good option for me. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Clean for the most part but could use better maintenance.

Room was not clean. Have stayed in Hilton garden regularly. This one was not so good. In the room we heard heavy breathing sound from air conditioning machine. As if there was a monster inside the wall.. No food included in the room price. It was disappointing to know have to pay 12$ per person to get break fast.

The “restaurant” didn’t have a cook and no food options after breakfast, with the breakfast mess still on the carpets. Elevators were equally messy and outdated. Hallways were renovated and nice, but room was very dated, especially the bathroom.

The property overall seemed very clean, but our room was a disappointment. It was over $200 for one night and was supposed to include breakfast. However, our room wasn't clean. There was sticky stuff on the toilet paper in the bathroom, and that was weird, though there was a second roll. But there were ants all over the counter in the room that got into the food we brought with us. We killed at least 30 during the short time we were there. And there was a fee for breakfast. Overall, the experience was a disappointment.

The hotel was fine. Staff was friendly. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly, but we managed ok. The pool is a bit small and being indoors, there is nothing to ground the sound, so on the night we were there, a number of teenagers were using the pool and their voices carried making it an unpleasant experience as I couldn’t hear my children who were right next to me. However the following morning we had the place to ourselves and it was very nice.

Room looked dirty. My pillows were extremely flat. One bed in the room was really soft & the other too hard. I didn't find the staff accommodating at all. Breakfast was to be included & then they told me at breakfast it was an extra 8.95 for a bowl of fruit loops. I will never stay here again. Dogs barking & the floor looked as though it hadnt been vacuumed in a while. I am still upset about it.

I reserved two queen size double bed rooms and the beds were not queen size they were full size which made us all uncomfortable for the night . They were really uncomfortable beds. Did not get much sleep!!

Booked late in the day. Place under renovation but very well managed. Our room was set for remodel as we left but in better shape than your average hotel room. I can only imagine that it will be a fantastic redo, based on the existing progress.

Toilet Flapper in 412 sticks open. I lifted tank lid to fix it, but please take a look. Also, front doors are very beat up around the frames. Might want to brighten that up for first impressions.

The service was very friendly and accomodating for all of our needs. The room was very clean. The pillows were perfect, but the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and we didn't get much sleep. We ordered food from the bar which exceeded our expectations! However, the continental breakfast was not as satisfying. Due to changes for covid, it is a grab n go cold breakfast. While the effort of the hotel is appreciated, we can't wait to be able to come back for a warm breakfast! Overall, our visit was good. Thank you!
