Better think twice

Pros: The hotel is nice, clean, close to airport and staff was polite. However, rooms not stocked with amenities and we had to call everyday for something.
Cons: AC needs work, rooms should be stocked with appropriate number of amenities for amount of guests. Towels should not be "on hold" in a hotel.
Location: Good location, lots to do in St. Louis
We had 4 adults and only 2 glasses, 3 towels, 2 coffee cups etc. We called twice the first night and were told towels were "on hold", no reason for not getting other supplies. Called again next morning, finally gave up and went to the lobby for coffee. The AC would not hold a cool temp. Kept going up to 82 which kept us up during the first night. We called maintenance the second night and they said it was working fine but to call if any more trouble. It continued to go up to 80 our entire stay. We had to keep going to the thermostat and turning it on again. Daily had to call for amenities that should have been supplied. Very annoying. The second night Maintenance and a drunk couple were trying to break down the door, literally, next to us at 2 a.m. We went into the hallway three times and asked them nicely to please not be so loud as we hadn't been able to get a good night's sleep any night of our stay. They continued to be loud and laughing. A complaint was made with management the next day and a free breakfast was offered and a free night's stay. So, you be the judge if you're thinking about staying here.

Perfect for our needs

Pros: Location, price, features, amenities
Location: We were only about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to see and it was easy off and easy on for the interstates.
We were in St. Louis for just one night and I wanted somewhere close to the airport and yet affordable. I was not disappointed. We were able to check in early to our room (we arrived earlier than expected) and did not have to wait. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and considerate. Our room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Night staff was juvenile and lack professionalism, the maintenance staff needs to clean better on double Night stays

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and roomy! I would stay here again.

near airport

Pros: Clean with good shuttle service and very pleasant and efficient front desk people.
Had just a few hours there in the middle of the night after missing a connecting flight. It was convenient and just what we needed.

I stayed for one night only. The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. My keycard for parking would not allow swipe access so they instructed for me to push the assistance button anytime it happened and they were always prompt with letting me in the gate i never had to sit long to wait for anyone to help.

Night front desk staff plays around, wasn't helpful in a timely manner. House keeping did a terrible job of cleaning our second night, when we told the manager it appeared he had little control but switched our rooms.

Cons: Parking and a separate required payment was a hassle.
Nice stay. Hotel very clean. Having to pay separate for parking was deceiving.
