Nice hotel for the price, convenient to metro.

Pros: Convenience, price.
Location: Easy access to I-70, airport, and metro link .
Just wanted a decent priced hotel close to the metro link so we could go downtown without paying tons to stay downtown. They have free shuttle to airport metro link and hotel was great for the price, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean hotel, near the airport which is very convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice indoor pool and fitness center. Everything you want in a Hilton but at a very reasonable price.

Unfair treatment

Free parking for SOME on a first come first serve bases in the 15min zone otherwise it's $10 a day! Was charged twice after I gave my credit card for a $50 hold for incidentals ( thorough the website & at the hotel) have not been refunded YET! No one available to handle issue.

Great Hotel!

Pros: I felt comfortable...as if at home.
Cons: Make sure overhead vents are clean.
Location: Close to airport, restaurants, and interstate.
Great hotel. I was able to relax and rest. Close to airport, restaurants, and interstate. I was able to return my rental car...next door. Thank you!

Disappointed in Staff and Room

My biggest concern during our stay was that we asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled very strong like smoke. It was our wedding night, so we didn't check into the hotel until after mid-night. At that point we really couldn't complain because it was late and probably couldn't get a new room. I told the the front desk people the situation in the morning and they really didn't care. They said "we don't have smoking rooms here, and that's strange, but thank you for your stay". And that was it. Very disappointed they didn't show more concern.

Hotel was dirty, air was not working well, hotel staff were more interested in each other than the guest, the food was over priced and not tasty. Bad over all stay

Okay

Cons: Room was okay but the hallways/corridor to rooms smelled musty.
Just stayed overnight after flight into St. Louis.
