Toilet plugged. No maintenance staff available so front desk tried and failed to fix. Hotel offered no assistance and alternate room was unavailable. They just expected us to stay in the room anyway. We checked out, asked for a refund which was not forthcoming, and stayed elsewhere. We have tried calling during business hours to contact the owners about a refund three times, and they have never been available. Really unacceptable experience.
